They are like 90% of all Vets, if they cared about our dogs eating healthy foods, as much as they like prescribing drugs, our pets would not have as many diseases and sickness. They dont even want to hear how herbs and home made meals cured my dogs heart disease, heart worms, etc.

Took my dog because I saw a growth on her and didn't have an appointment. As soon as I walked in and told the lady I didn't have appointment she rolled her eyes and I guess didn't think I saw it. She said she didn't have an appointment until 3:00 and then it wasn't an emergency. I don't understand how a receptionist knows anything about what's an emergency or not to me. I asked if I can wait to see if someone didn't show an after she rolled her eyes a second time he said fine with attitude. After about 45 minutes I was able to see if veterinarian. Definitely didn't have a problem taking $104 from me which is fine that's the price I would have expected but if you're going to have a glorified receptionist at the desk you may want to tell her to check her attitude.

The doctors and staff are so kind and caring. It’s about 30 miles from my house round trip, but so worth the drive.

The staff are all good people, they do seem to genuinely care, but I lost faith in their services after ten years when my dog underwent an unnecessary surgery that could of been avoided with a simple Xray. An Xray that would have revealed terminal Cancer. We only found she had Cancer after she took a downward spiral and were denied service because of short staffing and were referred to their other office. Our dog suffered unnecessary and we let her down because we had faith in our vet. She is no longer suffering, but my guilt will last a lifetime.
If ever in doubt ask questions, ask for tests before agreeing to surgery. Don't just trust their judgement.

We were very fortunate to have Philip Falch answer our call when our yellow lab ingested mice bait. He was amazing in this emergency situation. Dr Falch was honest, knowledgeable and caring. He did his research to figure out what was the best course of action as there are 2 different types of Tom cat that require very different treatments. He was able to assist us but was ready to send us to St Louis if necessary. We really appreciated that he put our dogs safety first and foremost. He gave us clear instuctions and guidence as to what to look for with complications, etc. We were more than happy to pay the emergency fees as we were confident in his care. Raven, our lab is doing well and we learned what we needed to from the situation to prevent another occurrence. Labs will eat anything! Thank you Dr Falch,we are so grateful and you earned our business from here on out. You are amazing and although we would have preferred to meet you under better circumstances we thank God you were we there when we needed you.
