“I was referred to Vinh when seeking a reverse mortgage for my grandfather. I am very familiar with the mortgage business as I was a loan officer and managed a few mortgage companies from 2001-2015. I am currently in compliance at one of the largest banks in the world. I knew the process but I also knew it was a little different for a reverse. Vinh met my grandfather at his home with me present and just talked with him about the loan. Vinh did not know me and he truly wanted my grandfather to understand what he was getting. It would have been very easy for Vinh to been the rules and cut corners with me helping my grandfather but he kept it all within the laws of lending and still made me happy with communication. He communicated with my 91 year old grandfather in a way he could understand. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted. I never felt like any time was wasted while talking with Vinh. I would recommend Vinh to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. Our experience was for a reverse mortgage product, however, his customer service level was always top notch and he can help with any mortgage product.”

“I had such a great experience here today. I don't typically come to this commerce location, but I needed currency exchange and this is the only commerce location that does it in stl. It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out.
