Staff is friendly and my way time was really short with more than half of the Bank of Americans lobby being closed in St. Louis I was pleased to find one close to my home with such friendly faces and positive attitudes.

One of the most unprofessional banks I have been to. I come here only because it's less than 5 minutes from my house and now I see that I'm going to have to drive further. I guess everyone is downsizing staff but to only have one person to be able to give you your foreign currency is just downright wrong. They told me that I had to wait for the person to come back (for unknown duration of time) or make an appointment. Ha!!!! To get my money. I asked and the person went to lunch. Ha!! Ok, call the person back since they just left. After a few texts to the person (who I found out is the bank manager) they were told that they could get my money for me. I had to teach the teller what to do in order to give me my currency. I'm glad this wasn't my first time. At least I got her to count my money out to me...other tellers I had to insist on them doing and not just handing me a piece of paper to sign and not knowing if it was correct.

This so called bank got rid of their teller drive through and now if you want to withdraw large sums of money you have to go inside and wait in ridiculous long lines to get your money. F-! Complete fail!

Standing here in line on a Saturday at 9:28 am, drive through is closed on Saturdays which is odd. There are 17 customers I front of me and only two tellers. The branch manager and another employee are watching from the other side of the floor. Terrible.

Horrible service. One teller. Other staff just walking around. Teller line is 12 people deep and slow. Two men said the came in because the drive through teller was inept.
