“I rented a Dingo machine while working out of town. The rental process was straightforward, and I was headed back to our jobsite fairly quickly. Upon arrival, we unloaded the machine, and it ran fine, but after about 10 minutes, it would sputter and stall. I called Jeff from the rental department, and he showed up quickly. He believed the fuel gauge was off, so he went to get more gas. This still didn't fix the problem. It would start but soon sputter out and stall. Jeff called their mechanic Darryl, and he came out and found the problem and said he wouldn't leave until we were able to finish our task. We quickly were able to move our equipment into place and load the rental machine back up with no issues. The customer service here is phenomenal, and they were quick to address the problem so we could get our job back on track. We will definitely rent equipment here next time we are in the area. Things don't always run smoothly on the jobsite, but the way they handled this minor inconvenience was top-notch. Thanks again, Handyman True Value Hardware!”

“Yesterday I went into Home Depot and I must admit I walked in with an attitude air went out a friend recommended I go find this item called attic air just for temporary solution until air is repaired and I had the pleasure of getting an assistant by the name of kash and when I say I had to humble myself and be pleasant because of the energy that this young lady gave off was completely amazing. She helped me find my item took me to it and helped load them in my cart any other associate would have just pointed in the direction and left u to fin for yourself.
