DON'T USE FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS!!!Once again, false information given, no accountability. I deposited a large check, asked when funds will be available (I run an event company and have to pay vendors constantly) was told the funds would be available the next day, NOW I'm told they will hold the funds for 11 days. I will be changing banks. Not worth having a business account if you can't use your money to run your business.

ATM was working, but when I stuck my card in, it told me to cancel since my card couldn’t be read. I canceled the transaction and then the machine ate my card!!! It then proceeded to say “out of service” so now I have to no debit card while visiting.

I first called the bank to see if they were open. The recording says that the inside closes at 4pm. When I arrived they were closed. I called and was told that I could use the drive up for a deposit. My husband is 100% that he counted and gave me $5000 to deposit. I couldn’t see the teller or what was happening from my car but after I handed her the money, the manager came to the window letting me know that the cash was only $4800. This is really upsetting because I couldn’t see the money being counting and my husband is certain on the amount he gave me to deposit. I am not sure what happened from the time I gave her the money to the time the manager was notified that the amount was incorrect. I will never visit this branch again. Too bad I didn’t read the reviews before I went, there are multiple bad reviews on this location.

Olivia Shelltrack is the white Racist Manager at this Bank. In 2018 I saw her called the police and LIED on a customer who tried to make a withdrawal from his own account. The racist manager had the black gentleman arrested for trespassing. I also closed my three accounts at this Bank because of what I saw. Olivia Shelltrack should be fired.

The terrible service I received from the branch manager Olivia Shelltrack was disgusting and disgraceful. I think she should be fired. I also closed my business and personal accounts at Bank of America. This is not a friendly bank, especially towards black people. Olivia Shelltrack should be fired and all black people should close their accounts at Bank Of America.

Long line, long wait. Only one teller handling transactions even though 3 other people were there just helping with accounts. Very frustrating and time consuming. The one teller named LaToyah was very patient and helpful though. Only reason this didn't receive 1 star.

Since I don't have an account with this bank,they made me wait an hour to verify a check. When I asked questions on why it took so long the supervisor Mica wouldn't even respond to me. The bank manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me nor would she give me a card with he'd name on it. Once the check was cashed the teller Jessica rudly pushed the envelope to me. I missed my appointment for my Lupus. I didn't have money to put gas in my car until the check was cashed. Be careful how you treat people. You never know what they are going through! I willsew
