I have been to this store twice. Both times the man that is the manager was extremely rude, throwing my items in the bags when he was ringing up my items. He’s not helpful at all & should not be in customer service.

Would rate five stars but I hate the remodeled stores. That's more of a reflection on corporate than on the individual stores themselves. I'm really upset that they discontinued most things like shoes and apparel in the remodels have less seasonal products in my opinion. I definitely have beef with corporate about this so the four stars is not a reflection on the individual store but I refuse to rate any remodel a five star. If it's any consolation before the remodel I gave it five stars for this particular store

Did my shopping and put my items from my basket on the counter for check out. 3 employees working and yelling amongst each other within the store, but not a single one to check anyone out. I walked back a few isles to find a man and asked if someone could come check me out...his response..."there is a self checkout, just use that". UNBELIEVABLE! I could have easily walked out with all my items and nobody would have known. PATHETIC WORK ETHIC!!!!

I think if they replaced the GM of this location with a literal child, they would be better off. He constantly calls out while they are understaffed with the most ridiculous excuses which forces his employees to work multiple weeks in a row without a day off. He is also passive agressive if anyone calls out. What an absolute embarrassment.

terrible never have anything stocked and the isles are always messy and the workers are awful they roll their eyes. seen better customer service at other stores than this place guess they are all related including the goofy looking manager
