Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Big open area for stretching, a decent movie variety in the theatre. Very impressive locker room and shower area, by far the nicest I have seen.

I have been with him for so long now and have gained significant strength in my arms, legs, and abs. He motivates me everyday to the fullest. If you want to achieve a physically fit body, just choose him!

I had an awesome experience using the cryotherapy there. My trainer did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me and he even talked to me the whole time I was in the machine to help ease my mind off the fact I was freezing cold. Definitely recommend

I absolutely love the culture at TeamSam Personal Training! I’ve never really felt comfortable going to the gym, but I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere here. I feel very comfortable. I get a great workout with the trainers here, and I even have a few laughs. I look forward to going to the gym. My 3 year also enjoys going with me. He plays in the “kids cage” while I workout.

I have never been to the gym before going to TeamSam and I’m so happy I chose to go! Great atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming! Sam keeps you moving and motivated! I never thought I’d actually enjoy and want to go to the gym but I love it after being here!
