Head appointment at 7am and now it’s 3:02pm and still waiting and writing this review cuz I been here for 8 hours

Once you get to the dock the load is pretty quick. a little tight getting in and out of the area. And you have to wait at a different location. The woman at the counter is pretty rude and doesn't seem to know what she's doing.

Had 7 AM appointment time right now is 9:15 am still waiting to get into a door place is very unorganized Also happened the first time I was here
