I took my car in for an oil change, customer service wasn’t very good, and the workers need to smile more!! My oil was changed very quickly so i’m happy about that, thank you.

If you are a single woman, or aren’t super well versed on vehicles, then this is the place for you!!
I had a maintenance code pop up in my car telling me that I needed 3 services done to my vehicle (oil change, transmission fluid flash, and coolant flush/replacement). Since it was a maintenance code the services weren’t necessarily needed, but, as the employee explained to me, “more of a friendly reminder from my vehicle to check if you need them done.”
I knew I needed an oil change, but I was not sure about the rest.
Ken was amazing and checked everything for me and told me when to come back in the next few months to get the other services done since they were not needed at this time.
You hear horror stories about people going into mechanic shops and getting “tricked”, more or less, into getting services that they don’t actually need— but that is never the case here!!
I have been coming here for about 5 years to get various vehicles serviced (from my 2008 Hyundai Sonata to my 2018 Acura RDX), and I will forever trust them to tell me what does (and doesn’t) need to be done to my vehicle.
I do not really have someone in my life to be able to tell me what needs to be done with my car if it’s running funny, or if/when something needs to be serviced, but I always know that I can come here and get an honest answer, estimate, and, if necessary, recommendation.
You guys are spectacular!

Mud rigs welcome. Muddier the better. I stopped in to wash the mud off of my truck after a weekend of mudding and the owner was a delight. He told me they welcome offroading rigs, "what else are quarter car washes for". If you have a filthy rig and need a place to clean the mud off before heading home, look no further. They have everything you need to make your rig sparkle, without making a mess on your driveway.

I had tried them twice, and they could not pull off the oil change, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the first time was an older car.The third time, they motion to pull in, so I pull in like any other time, and then this tall guy with a beard talks to me like a child and says, "Next time wait for me to get in front and give you hand signals, okay?"Well then do not give me hand signals to come in in the first place. Why would you signal me to come in instead of just signal me to hold on?And if intended to signal a certain way, you have to do it CLEARLY. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure things run smoothly in your shop. The same customer does not come into your shop every day.If something isn't working, then you have to change your way of performing your signals, obviously. I am not the only complaint on here about this issue on this page about this shop.And obviously I am not coming back if I am going to be talked to that way. I have never been talked to like that anywhere else, and I don't talk to customers that way, ever.

They were very professional, and respectful up here. They got straight to the point with my service and informed me of a few minor problems my car has. Prices were not bad and they don’t try to upsell you things you don’t need. Highly recommended!Service: Oil change
