Don and Andrew went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we feel in love with! They went as far as calling us to return to the dealership after we couldn’t accommodate the first offer, they did everything possible to make sure we drove home in the Audi we came for! Definitely the best car dealership experience, definitely earned lifetime customers!

Drew in the service department was so nice, especially when I made a mistake on coming in. He made sure my car was washed anyway since I was there. He kept me advised while others washed the car and was generally very helpful. He asked questions and engaged with me. I look forward to working with him again.

Needed to replace our vehicle due to hale damage.We are seniors & looking for a good used car. Walked in with our list, drove first vehicle & loved it. Don, Tito helped us get walkers in & out of car. We left there with our new pre-owned vehicle the same day! They were so kind, walked us through all options.(I even got some hugs!!)Jeff Walsh did all the book work, quickly & efficiently!! Good job guys!

I worked with Tito and Don on a trade in. The whole process was seamless! Tito shared some pretty funny stories. I got the sense he was fair and honest. I walked away feeling great about my purchase and the overall deal was fantastic! I highly recommend checking them out. Lots of beautiful Audi's in the showroom to dream about as well.

I have recently just purchased my 4th pre owned car from Bommarito West County. This tally’s our 10th car we have either purchased or leased (new or used) from Bommarito West county. (3 Mazdas, 4 Infiniti’s, 2 Audi’s, 1 Ford). Our family has always been treated with kindness and respect. Bommarito has always been fair with the sales process and pricing. (I have not felt that with other dealerships.). There is a reason why they are consistently one of the best dealers in STL.
I have also experienced nothing but excellence with their service departments (Infiniti, Mazda, Audi)
I felt the need to review this dealer because there seems to be so much negativity in the car buying process. What I see, is that people tend to have unrealistic expectations.
For the last 4 pre owned purchases. Don Thoele has been our salesman. He’s always busy and we have been happy to wait for him.
Bommarito Ellisville has been the go to dealer for our family. Needless to say, I recommend them.

Called today to see a Toyota Crown. Was told it was available for test drive and informed them we would be by to drive it this afternoon. Arrived and was told "We just got that in today and someone bought it today. Can I help you with another pre-owned car on the lot?"
Interesting because Carfax documents the dealer received the vehicle and it listing for sale on 6/10/24.
Buyer beware. Bait and switch.

I just purchased my second car from Tito Ortiz. If I could give 10 stars I would. He did an amazing job the first time and an even better job the second. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Tito Ortiz to everyone.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Branden Sullivan at Bommarito West County on getting a good used vehicle for our anniversary. Branden was absolutely fanatics with his professionalism and helping to assist us through the process. He did a great job all the way until we left today.

Bought a $50,000 SUV and as I put pen to paper the salesman informed me there was only one key to it. Which isn’t a huge deal until they found a gouge in the rear door panel. I told the salesman to not worry about it as long as they got me a second key. He told me that wouldn’t be a problem. I texted multiple times and called multiple times with no sort of help from them. Here I am 6 months later with no extra key and a gouge still in my door pad. A little fault to my own trying to trust a car salesman. Just another sleazy car dealership.

I recently purchased a car from Bommarito west and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I drove off the lot, I encountered a slew of mechanical issues my engine got replaced and that made the car unsafe to drive.
First and foremost, the tires they sold me were in appalling condition. They were worn down to the point where driving on them the sales person promised me that the car got brand new tires. I was lucky to escape an accident caused by these hazardous tires, and it's truly alarming that Bommarito would even consider selling a car with such blatantly unsafe tires.
But the tire issue was just the beginning. The car itself had numerous mechanical problems that were not disclosed to me during the purchasing process. It's evident that Bommarito west prioritizes making a sale over the safety and satisfaction of their customers.
Furthermore, the customer service I received when attempting to address these issues was abysmal. Instead of taking responsibility for selling me a faulty vehicle, they attempted to brush off my concerns and refused to provide any meaningful assistance.
I really feel sad for purchasing the vehicle.
