In a time when true customer service seems to be a dying art, Henges has been a pleasure to work with before, during and after the sale(s). We can't say enough about Greg M., Robbie B., and their respective teams. In the last year, we've purchased new hardwood floors, new carpets, new luxury vinyl plank floors, crawlspace encapsulation, spray foam insulation, and currently have attic re-insulation on the calendar for later this month. Both Greg and Robbie have gone out of their way to help us on each of these projects and we couldn't be more grateful.Our floors look amazing thanks to Greg's attention to detail, care and understanding. His install teams were fantastic.Robbie has been absolutely relentless in helping us with better insulating our home, understanding our home, and tracing the cause(s) of our 'envelope' issues in this older structure. The level of care he has shown is unsurpassed. If other home contractors could take a page from his book, the process of home improvement would be much more palatable - if not, dare I say, enjoyable. Robbie's professionalism, compassion and demeanor have taken our stress down to a manageable level! He has more than exceeded our expectations and this is just another reason why Henges will remain our go-to for flooring and insulation.Kudos to the entire Henges staff and management team. You've made us feel valued. It's been a pleasure and we look forward to more work with your company in the future.

We purchased a new home and they did the flooring. Two years later vinyl floor is separating and the linoleum is turning purple. Pretty sure the glue underneath. The builder called them and they said it is out of warranty. Can request a $180 service call. Seriously! Bad business. We had upgraded flooring . Won't call them ever.

We are building a home. Henges is contracted with the builder. We’ve been at a complete standstill because Henges doesn’t have the floors STILL. We made the choices in October 2020..... So our close date is unknown and we will have to continue to pay rent on an apartment longer than we anticipated. Apparently no one knows where these floors are. I think builders should not give contracts exclusively to one business, they may be more motivated to deliver if there is competition! Don’t use this company. Total BS!

Henges has a huge selection of all types of flooring. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the market for flooring. Emily Byers is awesome. If at all possible try to work with her. She is very knowledgeable and will help you with all of you selections!

My clients had a very bad experience working w Henges on their new home build. Henges made many errors, and wouldnt honor commitments. If your home builder is dealing with them, I strongly encourage you to switch.

Cant say enough great things about this Company. Our builder used them to install flooring. Four years after build, Henges (Mary) helped me to get some flooring replaced via our floor warranty. Henges did an amazing job repairing the flooring. Excellent customer service!!!

I had some flooring replaced by Henges this week. They removed the existing carpet, hardwood and vinyl and hauled it all away. They replaced with new wood and ceramic and were complete within 3 days. The installers did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend Henges!

Bought an engineered floor at $4.50 a square foot. Almost immediately had issues with it warping (which causes it to creak and squeak), splintering up on the edges, and de-laminating. It is also extremely easy to permanently dent (just rolling the refrigerator on it caused us to have to replace several feet) I got a giant splinter (2 inches long) lodged in my foot Christmas day from just walking along the floor. They will not stand behind their floor or offer any resolution whatsoever. A flooring rep came and thought it wasn't normal for it to splinter like that, but the inspector said there's nothing wrong with it so they will do nothing despite visual evidence there is plenty wrong. I have installed engineered floor before and I NEVER had problems like this. A Lumber Liquidators floor would have been better quality and cost far less!
