I ordered some tires here and scheduled to get them installed which is where the problems started. I showed up and there was only one tech there who was also manning the front and I was told it could not be done when I first scheduled. I was told I was called for a rescheduling and no one in my family knows who that could be. I went as far as checking phone logs and no one had any missed calls or messages left. So I rescheduled with the tech standing there and I told him my availability and he said he would put me in early so it'll be ready when I get there. So I left under the assumption that this was a one time issue and staffing problems happened this one time.
One week later when my new appointment arrives I am about 10 minutes late from when the tech had put me in the system but 20 minutes before my preferred appointment. The lady standing there tells me it cannot be done today because there is only one tech and I am late. This is right after she was getting off the phone rescheduling someone elses appointment mind you. Apparently, since I'm 10 minutes late they are just going to pay him to stand there for another 50 minutes. I cancelled my order and did not get my tires done because I had zero confidence that even if I did show up a third time that they would find another reason to reschedule me.
The management needs to first of all hire more staff if you constantly have to reschedule people you are no respecting customer time nor your staffs. They need to make it clear that if they are going to be strict about scheduling they need the car ready and the person there before that time. The left hand needs to talk to the right hand about this because I got conflicting advise on how to do the scheduling by the first tech and the manager and I put the responsibility on the manager for those kinds of mistake. And whomever is ultimately responsible for scheduling staff and also customer installation needs to learn to respect that one reschedule is acceptable if for a noncommon problem that happened but then make sure the next time is that problem is not possible.

They refused to fix my flat tire and they claimed that it can’t be repaired. Recommended to change two for new ones.I repaired my tire somewhere else and now it’s perfect.They just didn’t want to work!! Ridiculous

Bless these techs! My battery died and this store was the only one with my battery size. They were able to fit me in and get it replaced quickly and also helped me with the warranty of the old battery that I also bought from Sam’s. With the warranty, I was able to get the new one completely covered because it went bad (cold weather). When I called, apparently it goes to a call center and not the main store but even the call center was able to tell me this location had my battery size. Overall, very happy with the experience ??

I like that they have what I want. Great selections and great prices. The Scan and Go feature should be an option at every retailer because I strongly dislike waiting in line to checkout. Their app is top notch. I love saving money.

Sam's club is great, it's has all your grocery needs and household needs I'm bulk. The prices are very reasonable.

Worse Sams Club I've been to. Club pick up order take over an hour to get after you check in on the app. Membership desk no one picks up. No one in the club has walkies on to communicate with each other. THIS CLUB needs a visit from home office bad. I understand being short staffed but if it's then bad they shouldn't offer service they can not fulfill. Ask anyone a question about anything they are confused or don't know how to answer and don't know how to figure out a solution. Employee needs better training and direction from their managers and company.

Picked up my curbside order. I use curbside because I take care of my dying husband and it saves me time. Associate was rude, sighing, and threw things in my vehicle. Had chemicals and food in the same box. Left without a word at all. When I reported this to management, they said there had never been complaints about this person. They said they would review camera to "see if aim telling the truth". I happily told him to. Sam's has not responded. It's been over a week. My plus membership is up for renewal. I will be trying Costco.

Well, it seems to be that nobody from Sam's club can help me withmy poblem. And The Thing was bought from you guys. And you're not wanting to help me because you keep saying you can't. You can't, so don't worry about it. I'll take care of it myself and may end up going somewhere else. Your customer service is horrible. I will be leaving another comment. And you couldn't or wouldnt help me , which one it was for sure I don't know because you wouldn't even answer my phone call. Maybe this is a sign that you don't want new customers or atleast you don't want me as a customer and that I should just go to Costco. And as im getting this promotion code as a reward from my medicaid insurance provider so I can get healthier foods such as fruits and veggies. So now I feel like because I am poor and on medicaid that Sam's club has prejudice against me for being poor. And I really want to give a zero but it wasn't an option

Nice people and good customer service. However, when I picked up the vehicle the yellow air pressure light was on. The technician told me it would go off automatically after I drive the car around. I knew this was not resetting the light. As a result, I questioned did they perform the service correctly with a response like this. When I came back from riding around and it didn't go off another technician was able to reset it. In addition, they detected several stem sensor issues, but this should have been detected during the rotate and balance service and it wasn't. It was after I came back.

My favorite Sam's location! Often pick up the sushi platters for a cheap and easy dinner. The layout at this Sams is easy to use and convenient. The only downfall is the long gas lines! This location is always popular!

From the customer service to the electronics department to the Samplers I always have the best interactions with all the staff at Sam's! I typically only come for dog food. However, I have a couple sets of the scan and go option. I used to dried going to Sam's Club because the lines are always so long but now, as I'm shopping, I can scan the items that I am purchasing and then when I'm done, I hate complete purchase, and I'm able to walk right to the door have them scan my receipt on my phone and leave it has made my experience and see him so much more enjoyable, and pleasant. I will say if I ever have an issue looking for anything there's always a staff member around and they have no problem with helping me and making sure I find exactly what I am needing or looking for!
