Friendly staff and carriers. Thank you for delivering all of my packages and, of course, my mail.

They take way too long to deliver the mail. I've been tracking my orders and it said it was out for delivery before 9am. It's now 5pm and I still don't have my mail

Ordered products from Amazon on March 16th. It's April 4th, still no package. After the package arrived in Springfield MO on March 30, it traveled to Columbia MO, then St. Louis MO, then back to Springfield MO, then back to St Louis MO, then to Rolla MO, then back to Springfield MO. It was scanned 14 times during the period between March 30 and April 3, just to end up where it started. I called Cuba PO on April 2 and was assured by someone in management named Michelle that the package would be delivered the next day. Obviously her assurance carried as much weight as the USPS commitment to customer service. I am a retired letter carrier with 25 years service, and during my stint I witnessed the downward spiral of the USPS, sacrificing quality mail delivery for the promise of bonuses given for worthless ideas promoted by management. The current state of affairs in the USPS is no surprise to anyone who worked there the past 40 years.

If you find it challenging to handle customers effectively as a manager, I recommend exploring other job opportunities as I see a bunch of one star reviews about management. It's perplexing that a government employee advised a local customer from a small town to provide ID, despite being aware of previous visits and package not requiring a signature. When questioned, you couldn't provide a satisfactory answer and suggested that if she didn't have her green card, she should leave. Witnessing this is was very uncomfortable for me as a customer as for this is the only usps in Cuba. This assumption about a person of color not having proper documentation is inherently racist.

Extremely rude and racist, asked for ID when they normally never do, the package did not even require it to be signed. When asked for the reason they did not provide one. When confronted on the whether they asked for ID was due to racism, they became extremely defensive and said if I don't have my green card that I better leave otherwise, they'd would take care of it.

If I could give a zero I would. The instructions literally say to leave the package on the porch… how is there an issue with that. Both times I’ve used this service I’ve had to go pick up my package that was supposed to be DELIVERED.

Twice within the past 3 months, I've had packages returned to the company of which I ordered from, by the Cuba location as I am anxiously waiting for them, only because they are too lazy to see that the physical address was for Steelville. Steelville is a very small town so it wouldn't take much for that package to be sent 8 miles down the highway to the Steelville post office and they could see that I have a PO Box and therefore leave the package there for me. Instead I have to go through the aggravating and inconvenient process of trying to locate my package, then to contact the company of which I ordered from, the first time they did a full refund, so I had to wait for that process to clear before I could order a new one to be delivered. This happened to be a part for my lawnmower, therefore my lawn was getting extremely tall and way behind the cutting. By the time I received the part it was nearly a month later, grass 2 feet tall and took me twice the time to mow (2 hrs)with my little push mower once I got the part put back on. Total time waiting for this part all because Cuba couldn't take the time to send 8 miles down the road was over 6 weeks. My newest issue, I thankfully caught before I was issued a refund, but here I am 10 days after my shipment should have arrived and it's just now in the beginning process of getting shipped out again. When we order items online and are giving a physical address because that's all we can give on the order, it's not our fault that the shipment is transferred over to USPS and now we are told in case this happens we are to add # plus our PO box number to the physical address, this is not standard practice and people don't know to do this when they're being told it will only accept a physical. So the post office should be a little more considerate and work a little bit harder to help us out instead of being lazy. Keep in mind this is not directed to all post office staff, just the ones that refuse to take a little extra time in ensuring they're getting a package to someone that is waiting patiently for, that they've paid with their own hard earned money, not to mention a PO Box fee.

Incompetent doesn't quite cover it. Over a 5 year period I have had constant issue receiving mail and packages. I regularly have late parcel delivery if it arrives at all (it always shows delivered but I usually don't show a delivery on my cameras) or it'll be marked delivered and show up several days late. They cram packages into my mailbox that don't fit (causing damage) and I've even had packages on the ground near the mailbox because it wouldn't fit and the employee was too lazy to place it on the porch. They've "returned to sender" product that I've sold, argued with me that it was delivered (while I'm physically holding it in their lobby), then refused to honor my insurance on the package since it left my custody and cannot be resold. I've stopped using vendors who ship USPS for my business because I can't guarantee my timeframe on delivery if I can't count on supply delivery...that has had an impact on my bottom line.Worse still is the actual mail, which I rarely receive. My mailbox is always stuffed full of solicitations (which is clearly their priority) but I can't seem to get a certified letter with my car title after 3 attempts? I mailed myself a proof of residence from Rolla (17 miles away) and never got it. I've had opened birthday cards, opened financial offers, opened packages. The worst issue was watching the employee pull into my driveway, toss an orange piece of paper out her vehicle window and leave while i watched from my window...it was a "nobody is home to sign for delivery" slip, so I had to chase her down to get my property tax final notice (I never received the 2 previous letters...). I showed that footage to the collectors office so they waved my late fees.Too much solicitation, too little oversight, no professional courtesy, no consideration for people dependant on this service. There's clearly a need for top down house cleaning with staff and management, because this isn't working.

Rude. Also always bend books instead of taking them to the door and use my yard to turn around in even though my driveway is more than big enough

Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star - otherwise I would. After living at the same address for more than 6 years we still get mail for people that don't live here. Not junkmail, but mail from financial institutions, insurance companies, social security, etc. We have bundled it, taken it to the post office and asked that they only deliver our mail. Nope, still getting stuff for people that haven't lived here in years. What we frequently don't get is the mail meant for us.I signed up for informed delivery and was alerted that we would be receiving a piece of mail that was very important. After three days I marked it as not received. It's now ten days later and I still don't have it or have been contacted by anyone about this.I tried calling the post office but couldn't able to talk to someone because I get routed to some kind of ad trying to sell me a medical device.Talking to them in person does no good. They lose packages ( a recent package that was mailed to us on July 11th made it from the sender in Florida to Springfield, MO in two days, but is now stuck "in transit" for the past 11 days. Again, this is medical equipment that needs to be stored at a certain temperature. By the time I get it, I might as well throw it in the trash because it won't be usable.Asking the mail person to only deliver our mail is pointless. All we get are blank stares and the next day we are back to getting other people's mail. We thought of renting a PO box, but other people we know say the same thing still happens to them. I have now filed a complaint with the postmaster general and hope we get some kind of solution.

Consistently forces large parcels inside my mailbox damaging the contents, simply because they’re to lazy to walk to the door.. If the mailbox won’t securely shut, it’s probably to big.. not rocket science.
