I wanna give a huge shout out to Bill and Shawna at quality pre-owned I bought a car a few months ago a week after I dropped it off the lot the engine blew up and I was no longer able to drive it it was under warranty but the warranty claim was denied so Bill took it upon himself to try to fix the car he put over $3,500 into fixing it and the car still would not run I've never had such a good group of people come together and help me out they got me into a car for free I highly recommend them I am just so thankful and so appreciative thank you Bill and Shawna

SOO DISAPPOINTED! Just purchased my vehicle a little over 60 days ago, the car has broken down more than 5 times for all different reasons. Mind you, I have been very patient knowing that it is a used car. Radiator cracked and vehicle left me stranded, multiple misfires arising quickly and stalling causing vehicle to again leave me stranded, A/C troubles, the spare tire is dry rotted and had a huge gouge out of the side, I had oil changed and the oil tech said it was WELL past needing changed could not have been like that from the 1,000 miles I had put on it and probably needed done well before I ever got it. I have been without a vehicle for more than 3 of those weeks, and put almost as much money into it as I spent on the damn thing at this rate. None of the general maintenance was even checked before selling this and that’s sad. It’s sad that my outlook like a lot of others is, if you buy it from a dealer ATLEAST someone has checked the simplest of things to ensure they vehicle is slightly cared for, that was NOT the case here. Guess that was my mistake, for thinking it’s not just a money game. I could have bought a cheaper hunk of junk from any Joe blow on the street if I wanted these headaches.

Sold us a car with a bad transmission. They use a third party warrenty and that company is not helpful at all. I do not recommend this place at all!

I give Quality Pre– owned Automotive in Cuba, Missouri, zero stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOK!!!! He promised to trade even for one of our vehicles, but when we traded even we had to wait for some papers on our current vehicle before we could give him our car. In the meantime, he told us to buy his car and when we give him our current car, he will give us the money to pay off our new car that we bought from him. We finally got everything we needed to be able to give him our old car, so my husband called him today to inform the owner that we have everything to give him our old car, and the guy said whoops, your car dropped $3000 in the last two weeks so I don’t want it anymore, or you can give it to me for a lower price. My husband said no because our car is worth more than that according to Kelly Blue Book and some other website. Then, the guy said well have a good day I guess. Who does that?!! This guy is a crook and needs to be shut down. Now we are stuck with three vehicles instead of two, and we are paying off two loans instead of one. Anybody want a 2019 Ford escape with 86,000 miles? Buyers beware!!!! I bought a car here 4 months ago it ran good for awhile but it broke down on me and my engine is shot. Its going to cost me a lot of money to get it fixed because there is no where (after calling 5 or 6 repair shops 3 of them was dealers) that takes the warranty that was provided to me after being assured when I bought it that I would have no problem getting anything fixed if covered by the warranty. I am sure that may be true about the warranty, I wouldn't know but finding someone to honor the warranty is the hard part.

We bought our car Saturday; the whole process was so easy. Shawna was amazing to work with. She had everything we needed and ready to go for us. We test drove the car, she explained everything to us in detail. She answered all of our million questions without getting annoyed. This was truly the easiest Car purchase we have ever done. 10/10 recommend. Also, we LOVE the car, and have had no issues whatsoever with it. I will definitely be going back when we need another vehicle!

The cars we drove all had check engine lights on. We also bought a car which ended up having a check engine light show up as soon as we drove down the road now we are doing work on a car we just bought from them. I wouldn’t recommend them.

It was very easy. I done most of the process online. Then I went there and test drove 2 cars. Told her which car I wanted. Signed the paperwork and left with my car. I would recommend them to all my friends

Reasonable prices however they could not get me financed due to only being at my employer for two months. I did buy a vehicle out right from them anyway. So far I'm pretty pleased with my purchase and the price was fair
