We recently had our home carpeted by Michaels Flooring. It’s beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. Our salesperson, Kim, did a great job helping us decide on the carpet and pad. The carpet and labor price was fair, competitive and itemized by room. Her follow up communication was excellent.
Jesus and his team of installers arrived on time. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. Excellent workmanship!
Terry and I would recommend Michael’s Flooring to anyone considering new floors or carpet. This is our third time using Michael’s for a flooring project remodel and each job was professionally done and overall great experience.

I used them to carpet my entire place a few years ago, and found myself with water damage on a section of my carpet in one room. They were quick to get me on the schedule and were there promptly to do the seamless patch fix needed. Really appreciate them, and will use them in the future for any other flooring work needed.

I have bought from Michael’s for several years
Different homes I’ve owned, rental property as well as the homes I have lived in.
They have a great selection and prices seem in line.
A negative
Every time I have needed LVP there is a $150 drop fee, even if it’s just 1-2 sticks of trim!
For $150 you’d think they’d deliver it to your home, even on an order of thousands of dollars. They don’t unless you are having them install it.

Sales woman was very helpful and worked with us on choosing flooring for our basement. Have carpeting that needed to be replaced especially after 20 gallons of fish tank water leaked into carpeting and pad.
