Such fantastic service from David who graciously spent so much time with me! First on the phone. Then finding the right battery to fix my dear mother -in -law's musical locket! Other jewelers turned me away.I will never use another jewler ! What a gem David is!

I took my Citizen watch here for service and after inspection it only needed some sunlight (eco drive). There was no charge for their help and the staff was kind. Would recommend.

I adore the Barry Hyatt family and the quality customer service that they have provided to me over the years. They helped my wife and I create a beautiful setting for my late mother's diamond that we converted into her engagement ring. I've also bought beautiful accessories for my wife over the past few years, and have bought jewelry for myself. Dave, Jen and Sam all treat me with respect, as if I'm an old friend, rather than an additional commission. Their prices are fair for quality jewelry and I'm ultimately grateful for their professional and quality service.

I have been shopping with David & Jen for 5+ years. I absolutely love them and their jewelry. They have the best customer service - I've literally texted them from Ohio and they will spend hours texting back pictures of items that fit what I'm looking for until we find "just the right item." Today, Jen spent most of the morning working with me via FB Messenger, then wrapped the gifts and David personally delivered them to my house as I was at home not feeling well. You don't get any better service than that - and it's consistent, every time. I don't shop anywhere else for jewelry. David has remade pieces I've lost. He's worked with me to make pieces, and he's retooled pieces I liked except for a clasp or something. You won't be disappointed working with them, they are top notch.
