If anyone is not familiar with what “home town service” is you can find it here. The nicest and best service anywhere. Walgreens and Walmart could learn a lot from Lakeland at Crane about customer service.

I had been in a life altering car wreck.When I was released from the hospital we drove through this pharmacy that was having their grand opening. The people were so polite and respectful, even accommodatiñg at times, I have been a loyal customer for 20 years now!

This is the best drug store I have ever gone to. The staff is friendly and efficient when it comes to medicine. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I drive them crazy calling and asking a lot of questions. The staff is also very accommodating when it comes to non-prescription related stuff. They are also very fast. I have been at pharmacies where it would take them at least 45 minutes to fill my scripts. However, Lakeland always does it in 15 minutes or less. I have never met a misreble person working there. They always have a smile when they greet me and my family. I dont have anything bad or negative about this pharmacy :)

This is by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. We use to use the one in Branson West & were so sad to leave but as soon as we started using the one in Crane we felt at home. Friendly fast service. Always helpful & kind♡

I had a great experience today when I picked up my medicine. They are quick, friendly people. I have been using Lakeland Pharmacy since 2004. If I could, I would give 20+ plus. Prices are reasonable. Thank you for all you do!

Lakeland Pharmacy in Crane has awesome staff! You come in, and they know you by name. They have great customer service!! On top of all of that, they have an awesome fountain station! Old Fashiond Dr. Peppers and ice cream or a shake to top off your visit.

Love this pharmacy! Very friendly, fast at getting your prescription filled. They makes the best old fashioned vanilla dr.peppers. Couldn't ask for better service 😀

Very friendly and never have to wait very long. Big pharmacies, you have at least a 20 minute wait to fill a prescription. Never have waited even as long as 5 minutes to fill a script here. And of course, the kids love the old fashion ice cream parlor!

Best pharmacy ever! Great prices! Customer service above and beyond! I have used this pharmacy for 11 years. They go out of their way to accommodate all of my perscription needs and insurance changes! I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!!

Always great prices, great staff that always have smiles and greeting everyone by name. Always have prescriptions ready before you get there and if you bring a new script in they are fast and curdious to serve. Always consider the Lakeland pharmacy in Crane MO like family for many years and more to come....

The best part about this pharmacy is the soda fountain. 52 cent drinks (including their famous old fashion dr.pepper! And fresh hand squeezed limeade 😋), ice cream, and snow cones. They also have shakes, malts, and I'm sure I'm missing something! They've got it all! Including great pharmacy service and personable people!

Love walking in the door to be greeted with great costumer service! The staff always goes above and beyond to help with questions or if you are looking for something you need. If they don't have what I need they always offer to order it in for me. Love the environment and how they make you feel at home. Love the Ice Cream Parlor!! If you've never been you need to check it out!!
