I always have a pleasant experience. I've been a resident for about a year now. Just recently renewed my lease and I love it here. They always handle things in a timely manner and keep the community looking nice.

My daughters and I moved in a few months ago and have been nothing but thrilled. After renting a house for over a decade, we had reservations about apartment living, but it has been wonderful!! Neighbors are great, maintenance requests are handled quickly and the office staff is amazing. The area is quiet and has lots of nice walking areas. We just attended our first annual pool party and it was SO fun! We met some new people, enjoyed catered dinner and several fun activities. We're looking forward to many happy years. ?

My fiancé and I have lived here since October of 2023 and I can say this is the best apartment/apartment complex we have ever lived in! I was coming home one day and there was a snapping turtle in the middle of the road… I obviously couldn’t leave it there but like…. It’s a snapping turtle… Ryan literally helped me for 15-20 to get this turtle back in the grass when he really didn’t have to! Everyone in the office and with maintenance are so helpful and great, I really couldn’t imagine a better experience!

We have lived here for about 9 months and cannot recommend Traditions enough! As this is our first place after moving out of our parents homes, it was very important that we found a complex that was safe, clean, and peaceful, and Traditions delivers more than we could've hoped for.
Management never fails to go above and beyond to make us feel safe and well taken care of. Maintenance is timely and the staff is always friendly. The complex itself is beautiful and the grounds are always kept up, and it's especially nice to have easy access to walking trails. Traditions truly looks and feels like a luxury living experience!

Maintenance is amazing! This is the first apartment complex I’ve lived in and honestly couldn’t have gotten luckier. They are on top of it with every single thing from packages, maintenance, the bug guy coming and everything else! 10/10 recommend!

Traditions are the absolute best apartments! After having a terrible experience at another apartment complex prior, I was scared to try again. But Traditions has gone above and beyond to make living here amazing.
Jack and the rest of the team are always so quick to help with every issue. Whether you need maintenance done, or have a random question, they always make sure to get back within 24 hours. (Most of the time it’s only a couple hours).
I thank the Traditions family for always being the best and making living here a dream. From the sparkling pool, to the updated apartments, my partner and our cats can live peacefully.

I have lived at Traditions for 8 years now. It’s the longest residency I’ve had and there are a lot of reasons for that. This is the first and only apartment complex I’ve ever lived in that has been wonderful since the day I moved in. The staff of Traditions is unmatched when it comes to quality service. From management to maintenance I have always felt like a priority. The complex it’s self is always kept looking nice and well maintained. Management always goes out of their way to greet you with a smile and by name. The living space itself is calm and very much feels like a home community. I’ve always felt safe and well taken care of here at Traditions. For an apartment complex it feels more like a small neighborhood community. Having trails and lake access to walk or bike has been a huge luxury while living here too. I’m so thankful for my time spent living here. Traditions will always have a special place in my heart knowing it has been such a beautiful home to me for so many years.

I have lived here for over 6 years in two different units. The community is fantastic, but the staff are what make this place a unbeatable place to live. They are flexible, prompt, and never leave you in the dark on what is going on. Things will break no matter what complex you live in, but the maintenance team at Traditions always gets requests completed quickly, in my experience always within 24hrs no matter what. The staff has always been easy to work with. Finding great staff at an apartment complex is a rarity these days, but I can say with confidence that the staff at Traditions works to make this place great and has never let me down.
I highly recommend this location, and would give it 6 stars if that was an option.
