We have had a business account for over 29 years with US Cellular and since Alex has left, there has not been one person to help me and my needs for my business at this location. Very disappointing.

Customer service is horrible. The chat assistants can’t do much more than look at your account. If you canceled your service you get billed for an entire month even if it is at the beginning of your billing cycle and all the “Retention Specialist could say was “that’s our policy.”

Recently, when seeking to replace a phone, I learned that I had been making $3.33/month finance payments on a phone I had returned at a non-corporate agent office. The fellow there had failed to handle the return properly. This office on Broadway helped me out by accepting my paying off of the balance and crediting it back to me so that I could get my needed replacement. They didn't have to do that crediting.I did inform that other office of their mistake. When the hapless agent asked if there was anything else he could do, I resisted the urge to tell him to pay me out of his pocket, and instead simply said, "Nothing whatsoever." He understood.

I worked at this location for almost two year’s, and it was extremely traumatizing. I am educated black man. I received a written occurrence for an honest mistake 30 days, after my start date. I went to HR with my concerns, but nothing was done to resolve my issues. The issues continued, along with retaliation. After I filed my complaint with HR, I was scheduled for 10 days. After seeking therapy for over a year, I decided I had enough. I gave a one month notice, with the company. My last day scheduled to work was March 5, but the schedule was changed without being notified.

No help. We were told we would get a new phone on corporate account. Upon sitting down to finish deal we were informed that is not the deal.Our company also bought a bunch of screen protectors which had a lifetime warranty but had to be registered. Nobody informed me or my employees even when US cellular staff installed the covers. Also some covers did not work upon purchasing (they did not have a proper fit and came off instantly when installing otter box. Upon informing US Cellular about problems no solution was presented.Wish we had more options for “service”

My experience at this location was terrible. Brian the assistant manager was very rude unprofessional and lacked communication skills for the position. This location needs a lot of training. I will not go back or would not recommend.

After talking with 9 different customer service reps, I finally went into the store and Brian was the one that received my frustration. He promised to handle my situation immediately and he followed through on that promise and got the issue resolved and taken care of. AMAZING customer service!
