I made a $63 purchase on September 9th and was charged for it a second time on September 15th. When I called the store with my concern, the owner Michelle tried to convince me it was just a hold on my card. I expressed that all of the money was missing from my account and there was no indication of a hold. She then very rudely told me “I can have our banker call and explain the exact same thing I just did.” I accepted this and she asked for my card number for a call back. I thought it was odd that my card number was being requested over the phone when I was already calling about being wrongfully charged. I gave my phone number instead and then waited for a call that did not come. I reached out to my bank instead. My bank confirmed that Michelle had not given me the correct information and I was indeed double charged. I worked it out with my bank. I understand mistakes happen but I really did not appreciate the way Michelle handled this situation and completely wrote me off when I called with this concern. Im glad I went to my bank instead because I’d otherwise be out an extra $63. As a college student, $63 is a lot of money to be missing. If this mistake is made with others I hope it is handled better but they have definitely lost my business. I am now in the process of getting a new card, so be cautious of making a card payment at this location.

One of my favorite places to shop in CoMo. Great selection, friendly staff, well stocked in sizes, quality products, family owned. Skip the overpriced bookstore & shop local.

Very great place for all your Tiger souvenirs. Great sections and very good prices one the best places in Columbia for Mizzo items. The two young ladies were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Will come back again.

When in town, shop like a local. Actually, it worked out perfectly for me. I needed a token gift for a party next week celebrating a Mizzou graduate, paying off their college loans. This was the perfect place to find a perfect gift. I found a wine glass koozie. I thought they were only made for beer cans. The koozie was black with gold sequins and a tiger head. It was the perfect gift for a young lady. At the party, other attendees came up to me and asked where I got it and how did I find such a unique gift. I told them, shop local whenever you can. Great for anyone looking for the perfect Mizzou or Greek item! They have a great selection of Mizzou apparel and accessories, and a huge corner in the back full of Greek products! I definitely came here several times throughout my time at Mizzou, mostly to purchase Greek items for sisters as gifts.

The clothes are really cute and they have some unique stuff, but they are severely overpriced and the staff has the WORST attitudes. They glare at everyone like they're going to steal something and act like you're not worthy of their clothes. I don't even go in there anymore because I hate dealing with them so much.

This place has the best selection of Mizzou sweatshirts T-shirts and other paraphernalia. The kids that work there are really kind of fun and make it special. There is also a great assortment of Greek life products there too. I especially like the sales lady named McKenzie. She was really nice.
