Misfortunate issue on a deal we had made, but Saif was eager to help us and did a wonderful job on finding the perfect vehicle for us. Everyone worked diligently to see that we had a good experience. Will definitely go back to dealership for our next purchase. Highly recommend this dealership to do business with.

I am not from the area, and in dire need to purchase a car. A RAV4 Prime ( I cannot find in my area), which was in transit, and wouldn’t be in for about three weeks.
I put a deposit down so I could purchase this vehicle when it was in. Lio was very helpful, very kind, and got the deposit taken care of quickly. I was going to get in touch with him the next day once I spoke with my bank because I wanted to finance through my own lender.
The next day, I was told that I would have to absolutely finance with them or Toyota. As a matter fact, I do NOT have to do that. And then I was told that they’d rather sell to someone local because they want the service business. I understand the business. I totally get that, but is there no longer Customer Service? Or the want or need to make a sale? Regardless of where the customer is from? It makes no sense to me. I just need a new car and that’s the car that I want.
Lio was wonderful and did what he could but whomever’s running the place told him no. Bad business.

We recently bought a 4wd Colorado, and worked with Lio. He was great, no pushing, no pressure, very laid back, answered all our questions. I'd highly recommend asking for him to help you find your next vehicle.

Have no choice but to leave this review. Was sold a 2017 Jeep Patriot only to find out only two years later the transmission is going bad among many other issues that were supposed to have been fixed. Good thing we purchased a warranty. The warranty company is trying to cut costs for themselves by finding cheaper parts and we have been without a vehicle for two weeks. Still expected to make those payments though!
Edit 8/17/24: 4 months later the used transmission already out. Machens said “it’s not a lemon” Tell that to my kids who walked w me 2 miles yesterday because of no vehicle!

Just wanted to say first and foremost that this place has completely changed the way I feel about dealerships. I am driving across country right now (NY to Vegas) and my “maintenance required” popped up on my 2013 prius and it concerned me so I stopped by this toyota and was greeted instantly and I told Erin McLain about my concerns and originally I was told it would be until 6 when they closed since I just stopped by with no appointment (which I understood). I also have an aftermarket carplay system installed in my car, so the steering controls don’t work and i was concerned about having the ‘maintenance required’ stuck on there but Erin reassured me she would tell them my concerns and also said she will let them know that I have been driving awhile and to hopefully expedite it. Only an hour passed, and within that hour I was greeted by everyone while waiting.. they were all so nice. To my surprise, I got a text message not even an hour of waiting saying it was done. It was the most fast and professional service I have ever experienced at a dealership, and mind you, I had no appointment! It made me wish I lived here so I could come here all the time! ? Erin McLain is amazing and I wanted to thank her for making sure everything was taken care of and of course all the staff for being so sincere and friendly. They also figured out a way to reset everything after the oil change! Could not recommend this dealership and Erin enough. Thank you so much! ??

Chase was wonderful from start to finish and we absolutely LOVE our Toyota Tacoma Limited! Toyota service horrible customer service. Had a 2024 Camry serviced and dealer said that I tore up coin holder. It was 100% my fault and didn't even try to turn it into activate warranty.

Everybody in sales is so nice and helpful. I started my purchase with Happy, as I’d reserved a car that hadn’t been manufactured yet, and finished up the process with Lake. Unfortunately, the finance office was a big contrast, as the manager was unpleasant to work with and a bit rude. In the end, I drove away in a car I love. ?

I called Joe Machens Toyota from Cincinnati, interested in a used vehicle on their lot. Luckily, I got routed to Jimmy. We agreed on all the details, and I flew into St. Louis. Jimmy picked me up from the airport and drove me two hours to finish the deal.
I can't say enough good things about Jimmy and the total experience. Of course there's that bit of alchemy that gets done in the finance office. It was a little squirrelly, as it always is. But I've walked away quite happy about the purchase.
