I am new to this state and I come from California.I was looking for new bank and I arrived at this branch looking to open a account.I was seen by the newly promoted lead teller that was now new assistant manager for the branch. Mr Clayton daily.I still am amazed at the service that all the staff provide to me at each and every visit at this branch.Being from California I have never at anytime been treated like a customer.BANK Of MIDWEST CHANGE THAT FOR SURE. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICEBank of Midwest is absolutely great with customer service and also extremely respectful and very congenial staff.And they fully understand all people's needs.They really understand that people with disabilities needs extra time and patience they will go the extra mile to help people with disabilitys like all customers.They are such a great bank and if there is anything this bank can do to earn your business.I believe you need to go to the branch and see for yourself.As people say. seeing is believing..Happy holidays to All staff at my branch of Chillicothe Missouri of Bank of Midwest.Thomas Brooks

The associates at Chillicothe’s Bank Midwest are the friendliest in town! They make me feel at home when they use my name, ask about my day or joke around with me.
