The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Particularly one employee named Justin. This guy was super patient and very helpful, whatever y’all are paying Justin.. it isn’t enough!

I was shopping near closing time with about 3 shirts to try on and about to buy a pair of shoes with it. An employee comes up to me and tells me that the store closes in 4 minutes. When I ask to use the fitting room, he tells me it is closed. How is this the way to do business? All they care about is closing right at the top of the hour. This cost you a sale today and future business. Terrible service.

If I could I would give this shoe brand a -20. I called customer support to find a bunch of very rude individuals. I was basically to to go screw myself and don't call back. My family always shopped Adidas but has since switched to sketchers.
