Not the type to blast names everywhere but I made sure to get the young lady’s name. Abigail that works late afternoons was very rude and very unprofessional. I pulled up to the drive with the drive through window open and she was standing a few feet away from the window on her phone and I had to wait for at least 6 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then proceeded to come to the window and ask rudely what do I won’t… poor customer service.

Seriously Rhodes on Columbia street in Farmington is the best. Went through the drive thru with my dog riding because she just had to go bye bye lol. The employee at the window seen her and after I got my drink she asked if she could give my dog a chicken strip. All the workers at the Rhodes in Columbia street are just the sweetest.

I've been to this place everyday for years and never had a problem until today. Me and my boyfriend both, legal adults, with proof of age, we're refused service and the window... after going into the store and being told he had to make our purchase through the drive thru.?!?! OK won't be going back !!!

Gas prices not clearly displayed from the road(flashing sign will display it for 2seconds if you sit around for minutes to read it) . On top of that if you want to pump more than $75 you have to prepay which gets very annoying when it only yields 3/4 of a tank. The staff is friendly, store is clean and well stocked. I’ve mentioned my annoyance with a few employees and it seemed that others in the store shared my views on prices needing to be displayed better. Maybe I’m expecting to much.

I don’t understand why 101 lobbies are still open, gas can be paid at the pump or the window!! There is absolutely no reason at this time and situation that the lobby should be open to the public!! It only endangers employees and their families
