O'Reilly's in cassville,mo sucks. I can go to O'Reilly's in eureka springs, Arkansas and get my parts cheaper. I can go to AutoZone anywhere ..and get my parts cheaper and better quality service... But to be fair I can go to anywhere besides cassville Missouri and get the things I need at a better price and better quality of service

Very bad service. The guy was rude and tried to take advantage of us. He just walked off and said "whatever" when we tried to explain what we wanted. Napa was able to sell us the correct part without trying to sell the whole housing which was double the price of the part needed.

Just stopped in to get a gas camp for a vehicle and while looking up information on the part, I asked to use the restroom....2 mins later I came back from the restroom, and Dylan....LEFT TO GO ON BREAK AND LEFT ME STANDING AT THE COUNTER FOR 10 MINS BEFORE I FINALLY ASKED WHERE HE WAS OR IF HE WAS COMING BACK! I was told he went on break by a co-worker while he chuckled and thought it was funny. WOW.....

Pretty happy with this location. Seen on the window they had an oil and filter deal. Salesman said it was expired, but honored it anyway, then ripped the expired stickers off the window.

Cassville O'Reilly will double charge for parts that they "order" for you and then charge you again when you go to pick up your parts.

2:30am Friday afternoon. 1 person at the counter helping someone and 4 people waiting in line. I could hear people in the back but no one ever came out to help. After 15 minutes I went to NAPA.
