I was treated very badly by Eddie and Anna, two of the supervisors, Anna yelled at me just because I made a mistake and put a 2 down on the log sheet instead of a 5, not a big deal but Anna made it a big deal and yelled at me for it, Anna lied about me and claimed that I miss packaged several pallets of products which was a lie, Eddie was rude and impatient with me even after I tried explaining that I had been improperly trained by other workers at the plant, also this is not a disability friendly work environment, if you have a.d.d or autism, they will not help you, they will fire you as soon as they can, I know because they did that to me, I want people to know the hard truth about this place, they are not friendly, I would not recommend this place to work to my worst enemy

Not a good place to work at all, management treats people like trash, I witnessed two of our supervisors treat a young autistic guy like trash and the woman supervisor literally yelled at the guy in front of us coworkers on the production floor, this was extremely unprofessional, the guy was doing his job as he had been trained and he was fired for having a disability I seen the whole thing happen, and I will be quitting this job very soon, I will not work for a employer that treats people like that ,it's wrong

Here is a thought, Leggett and Platt Human Resource people, when you fire someone based on a "new handbook" that employees never got, best make sure they can't get legal advice and representation. Facts. Also, when you are firing people, maybe fire the ones screwing in the parking lot, or the one with 12 sexual harassment cases open against him, or the lead that has been sleeping in her car in the parking lot when she was nowhere to be seen on the floor?? Nope, fire a good employee, a good worker, for something in a fake "new" handbook noone has ever seen.

Worked here as a quality technician terrible place to work for it's super hot which isn't that bad but corporate lies to you constantly they short your pay and they fire for no reason. definitely do not recommend this company for services or employment unless you wanna look for something else within a short period of time as their turnovers rates are thru the roof here as well and they change over Chinese parts as American parts thru a void loop and repack em in different boxes as well.

A real hole . I wouldn't let my kids work there. Now there promoting 4 10 hour shifts during the week and 3 12 hour shifts on weekend. 4 different shifts all together. Buts not going to happen. So be prepared to work 7 days a week every other week. And be prepared to be lied to cause they do plenty of that. Trust me I know

Worked at the Zapletal location for about a year through Adecco. Most of the time it was ok and got treated well by Gary, Benna, Donald, Robert, Tonk, Brent, and others. Other times were a tad less desirable. Like being asked repeatedly by Lloyd "have you ever seen a grown man naked?" Or "Did you cut your bangs with a rusty pair of kitchen scissors?" Once he had talked about hiring me permanent but thayd cut my pay for a month or so (make me pay for the hiring fee that Adecco charges. (Which is something they're supposed pay for themselves if they decide to make a temp. permanent) Id thought about reporting Lloyd to the main office, but being a temp you basically have no rights and they can terminate your employment without reador. So I kept my mouth shut and took it. Kinda wish I had told him off in hindsight. If you want to work for Flex-O-Lator's, try to get hired without going through the temp service otherwise you too might become a target of verbal workplace bullying. Hope you are happy with the damage you caused Lloyd!
