I had a 7 pm appointment and got there at 5 pm. I was accepted with open arms! It’s a little tight in there, so listen to security on how and where to go. I was immediately put in door 4 & would have been loaded but my reefer hadn’t reached the -10.
So my words of advice have your reefer at -10.
It was 45min from start to finish once I started getting loaded. Staff was amazing!!!

Place is extremely fast. Every one is friendly. 20 mins to get unloaded. A truckers dream.

Awesome place for pickups!Really nice security and people is the shipping.Friday Checked in at 9am for 1pm appointment got the door right away and 45 pallets loaded in less then 2h

My Appointment was 8am check in 7:10am told me to wait bc they do by appointments only still waiting for a door past my appointment 4 hours . Missed my other pick up.. not recommended at all.
