When I picked up my groceries after ordering them on the app an item that I ordered was not placed into my vehicle and several items that I did not order were placed into my vehicle. When I got home and I realize what had happened I called customer service which was a complete nightmare the phone rang for literally 10 minutes before someone finally answered and then I was placed on hold for another five minutes when they came back, I explained to them what had happened And I was transferred again. the phone rang again for another nearly 10 minutes when someone finally picked up it was back at the front desk the person told me that I would have to speak to someone in a different department and transferee me again it rang for another 10 minutes no one answered finally customer service at the front picked up again when I tried to explain to him what was going on he told me that he was working up front and there was nothing that he could do to help me I explain to him that someone needed to help me because the item that was not put into my vehicle was one for someone who is disabled and they are also sick I was hung up on I called back and after the phone rang for another close to 10 minutes I was told that I could just come back to the store and come to the customer service desk and when I got there they would page for someone from that department to come up front so for the second time I drove back to Walmart walked in and waited in line at the customer service desk until it was my turn and then they called someone to come up from that department. In the meantime a woman came up and said that I could just go back find the item that was missing and Bring it back to the customer service desk so I went through the store found the item went back to the customer service desk returned to them the items that were placed in my vehicle that I did not order and then I was able to leave. Completely unacceptable horrible customer service.
