Walked in not greeted walked past as though I wasn't in there. Picked out my items waited at register for 7 mins no one came still I left my items at regiwalked out still not acknowledged and as far as customers in store I was the only one in there until a lady came in and was assisted I walked out sat in parking lot to do this review.

The only one in the area & the staff is fabulous! Now LB just needs some new inspirational clothing, not the stores fault but style for big girls is seriously lacking.

They're not doing fittings right now. I went specifically to Lane Bryant to buy bras. The lady that waited on me asked me if I would like to try them on I said yes and I'm very thankful I did. They did not fit good so I asked if I could try on another size and the lady acted like it was a big problem. If I could get better bras somewhere closer to where I live I would buy them there after the way the lady acted she made me nervous as I was filling out a credit card application I had to backspace because I push the wrong key. Had to correct the word I misspelled because I hit the wrong key. She stood over me like a hawk watching like I was going to do something on the iPad or something. Unfortunately I'll have to go back there to buy bras again but I might try a different location.

Went in for a bra fitting and discovered my cup size changed by 3. Shalyn helped me find bras that fit right and took away a great deal of discomfort I've put up with for awhile. Today is the last day for bras at $25-what a great deal. This store is nice, neat and clean.

Clean store and sweet, helpful staff. Prices are very high for me personally, but it is quality and probably worth it if you have the dough.

The service was awesome here. The sales associates offered help without being pushy. They helped me to order an item that was out of stock in my color.

I loved how helpful the staff was they put me in the correct bra size immediately. And I love the selection of the underwear that they have for women of my size.
