  I am writing this out of concern for all that are going g to buy wigs. Reba Abbott (owner) of Cape Wiggary in Cale Girardeau, MO. Reba Abbott sold me and my wig that was too big ! She sold me and my friend used ones off the mannequins. It itched me so badly I couldn’t wear it. I told her it was itching me profusely. She said some people just itch with them at first and it would go away, also asked if I had product in my hair, I told her I did not! After I paid $230 for the wig and accessories, she said I needed! I got home and started thinking about what she said about when we get our wigs out of the “boxes” we would shake them and work with it. I began thinking again, she never gave me or my friend any boxes and my friend bought two wigs one used and one new. I guess one was out of a box she sold me the used one off the mannequin. The first time, I went back to her and told her she sold me the used one from the Mannequin that everyone has been trying on and said she didn’t, then I reminded her I was the one that still had the T-Pin in the wig on the top of my head. She took the T-Pin out and cut off the tag on the wig. Then after reminding her of this She then gave me a different wig. “Which she would never have done if it were not used and she knew it” I wore it home. I stopped some places along the way of my 8 miles home and did run into people that I knew. No one said anything about my new wig they just stared at me like I had a disease although the new wig did not itch. I went back a third time and told her I would like to have my money back because the wig was still sliding and too big, I tried everything to get it to work. She told me she thought I was that kind of person! I replied what kind, outspoken and honest! She said she had to talk to her people ( which by the way she is the owner) so it was a run-a-round! I told her I would like to have the sales receipt which she did not give me at the time of the sale. She generated me a receipt from the computer and not the one out of her own receipt book, like she give everyone else! I also asked for my box she said she likes to keep the boxes. I reminded her that she told us what to do when we took it out of the boxes what to do, she reluctantly gave me a box! I asked her for the sales tag that was on the new wig she said I couldn’t have it, and that she needed it for her records. I don’t know if this is Legit but it sounds shady to me. She told me she would have to talk to wig people to get my refund and would call me on Tuesday. This was a week ago I went in there today and she said she hadn’t talked to them. This is BS. I also told her last week I was going to put it on Facebook to sell it to someone that’s why I wanted the tags and sales receipt, so I could resell it. She has blocked me from her wig site and Facebook since last week. Now this is very interesting. I’m thinking she is selling used wigs to everyone and I’m just the first one that has questioned her in all these years. I Just wanted everyone to beware if buying a wig from Reba Abbott. I do want to wear a wig that will fit, if they make them for my small head, that won’t slide around

  Cute shop, but they made my husband uncomfortable by constantly asking what he needed. He was only in there to accompany me while I browsed and tried on wigs. He eventually stepped outside and waited until I was done.
