Very kind and knowledgeable people who make you feel like there are no dumb questions. We saw families with kids looking for kid bikes and everyone was really encouraging of kids riding bikes. A nice local shop.

Just went in and I will say this place is great! I had an issue with my breaks. I was greeted right away and Orney took care of my issue in minutes, and assisted with picking out the perfect chain lube for the kind of riding I was doing. I will definitely be back! Thanks Orney for all the help today!

Best bike shop in the area. Owners are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in getting you what you need and won't try to oversell you just to make a buck. If you're in the area this is the shop to use.

It is so sad to see the many bad reviews about the Touring Cyclist . I bought my Azuki on 5/13/1970 from the Rock Road location at the tender age of 20 years old, I am now going to be 68 in a few days and still have my Azuki 25 inch 10 speed.

I purchased road bikes for me and my wife 3 years ago. I looked at a lot of bikes in many different stores. I thought that The Touring Cyclist had the best bikes for the price and the staff was very helpful. Since that time, we have ridden the bike a lot. When I take the bikes in for service, the staff does a great job repairing them quickly so I can keep on peddling. I highly recommend them!

This store, especially the staff are amazing! Susan the (Owner) took her time out to not only let me test ride 6 different bikes but beforehand she educated me on the differences of each bike. I came into the store not really knowing anything about all these newer bikes out on the current market and I left very confident in my selection. Susan was very patient the entire time and I felt like she truly wanted me to pick out the best bike for my needs. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Susan and the staff had the bike fully assembled by the time I got there, and it was ready to go! The cost for the bike was comparable, if not better than online prices but honestly for the treatment I received and the opportunity to test ride each bike out before making a purchase was hands down better than anything I found online. Thanks again for the great service!

Terrible! Showed up at 9:56 am. Door was unlocked and open. “Open” sign lit up. Chased out because don’t open til 10 and very rude about it
