Large selection of flooring. We were looking for tile to remodel our bathroom. Victoria was super helpful and guided us through considerations we hadn’t thought of. My wife even found two new vanities for the bathroom remodel. Would highly recommended this business!

No one approached me. When l asked a question, the lady acted as if l was bothering her. I was shopping for laminate flooring. They lost a hefty $900 sale.

We did several home renovation projects recently and bought most of the materials from the Bridgeton location. We had great experience with the helpful associates, especially with the help of Robert. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and very patient. Every time we went to the location, it was very comforting to see him in the store because he consistently provided valuable advises to enable us to make quick but sound purchasing decision. Because of him, we always prefer to go to your store/location over Lowe's/Home Depot for renovation projects.

Victoria Craig with Design Services at Birdgeton MO Floor and Decor was very helpful in finding tile samples, giving me ideas and feedback on my choices. We did purchase Bruce engineered hardwood flooring and our backsplash tile and grout at Floor and Decor. Our kitchen turned out awesome and I wanted to recognize her contribution. Thank you.

I had a great experience, picking out tile with Victoria, one of their senior designers. She took the time to explain all of my different flooring options, show me various textures that would look great in my shower, and really made the experience easy. She was also extremely respectful of my budget, so much easier than trying to pick it out on my own at Home Depot and the price was even better. Highly suggest booking an appointment with Victoria.

EIGHTY ONE DAYS/ Quarter of a year is how long it took for me to get my order and even then it was still wrong. Frustrated wouldn’t begin to describe how I feel. Ordering from this store has truly tested my patience and boy did I have to be patient. I originally ordered March 8th, 2024 5 boxes of flooring. I was told this was the only store left with the floor I needed so I called this location direct and had them ship my order to Ohio. I paid the almost $300 shipping fee (more than the floor itself :/) with no complaints. However, when I received the flooring a week later I noticed it was not correct. The flooring received was a different shade and size than what I paid for.
I immediately called the store and they ensured me the correct flooring would be sent out asap and that they’re not sure why I got what I got considering they had the correct floor in stock. Days, weeks and months went past & I never received the correct floors. I called, emailed and left messages to various team members and was only met with ‘I will look into it, it’s been shipped ’. But I had never received a shipping confirmation so I do not believe it was ever shipped. Finally in May, after emailing with no response I called again. Just to be told that it was shipped out. Finally, I receive tracking info from a completely different store. My order arrives within a week and I AM SHORT A WHOLE BOX! I paid for 5 boxes + shipping and waited just under 3 months just to receive a shorted order. I only received 4 boxes which was not enough to complete my project. It’s not even worth the hassle anymore.
If you don’t want your patience and time wasted just find a different company to shop with.
