The company is good, you can always call any department, at any time. they work 24 hours. I had problems with a truck once. It broke down on a road at night. The fleet worked quickly, called for road assistance and fixed the truck, and I did not receive a penalty fee for late delivery. The broker issue was resolved instantly as well. So, I am pretty happy.
