I had the most unsettling experience at Target. An employee, who claimed to be a new manager named Stacey (middle age white lady, average height. she was not wearing a name tag), was extremely rude and unprofessional. She could not provide clarification on the price match policy, and when I asked her to get assistance from a more experienced manager, she refused.
When I asked another employee for help, Stacey yelled across the store, instructing the other employee not to assist me.
Since when are customers not allowed to ask for clarity on a policy without being disrespected?
I love Target, and it’s upsetting that they would hire someone with such a poor attitude. Someone so disrespectful should not be in a customer-facing role.
I will be contacting the Brentwood store and emailing corporate first thing in the morning.

I know this is not about the store but Im going to start by saying that I hate the parking lot. Now lets talk about the store…Very unorganized ,clothes and shoes on the floor and I know there is plenty enough employees walking around that can be doing their job.

Lately, items have not scanned properly, so I’ve needed assistance with someone fixing the price. This particular evening, the coffee and a cup didn’t scan properly with the right price. The person working the check out needed to get someone in the respective departments. I told her I could go and take a picture faster than they could get the items, but she told me they’d do it. After waiting for awhile, the lady comes back to say “I’ll walk with you to the items”. I didn’t even want the items anymore. It wasn’t anything, but $2. At the same time, it was just poor customer service. The lady could have just honored it from the beginning.

Tried to get a cold beverage on the way out and grab a pizza. Nobody was there nobody's willing to help me and when I asked an employee they told me to go over and someone at Starbucks might be able to help me. Horrible customer service, especially for an overpriced retail store
