Ordered from her. No response except my money was gone. Called x 4, no answer and actually you can't even leave a msg. Emailed x 2 nothing. Thank goodness I used pay pal and got a refund. I also wondered if she was ill or closed for business and I see at least a few people have had contact with her recently.

Very knowledgeable and was able to repair the doll while we waited. The owner has a vast collection of vintage and international dolls in the shop. I was fascinated by her collection of unusual Asian dolls.

I brought my Patty Play Pal to the Doll Hospital about 6 yrs ago - sorry to be late with this - because she had become “dismembered “ over the years. She was made in 1959 and I received her from Santa that same year. They put her back together and refreshed her hair. Very good job and very reasonable cost. Would recommend any time.

Not answering calls, not answering door during business hours, or email. I hope the owner is okay. Disappointed. Need to revise website to “Closed for Business”.

Very helpful owner. My husband and I were so happy that she helped with my broken Japanese doll.

I know she's very busy, but I dropped a doll off at the end of January, called when she told me about when the doll might be ready, it wasn't. Called back 2 weeks later, still not. To make a long story short, she tried to use the virus as an excuse, but had to remind her of the time line 4.5 months a couple of times. I finally got the doll back. Tere is a very nice person and polite. She's very much in demand

They take care when repairing dolls. They are reasonably priced on repairs and new dolls.

Showed up with a doll that needed repairs. They did a great job and put it together while we waited. Found a couple great deals too!

I had picked up a few dolls at a garage sale and were wondering whether they any significance or value. I ended up calling and talking to Teresa who was super helpful and was nice enough to let me send some pictures then let me know what her opinion was on them. She responded right away and was really nice and informative.

Lots of dolls, and all of whom seem quite rare.

BEWARE! I had recommended this place to my mother based on all of the positive reviews on Google and we are all absolutely appalled at what followed. My mother took her childhood doll here (from the late 1950s/ early 1960s) in late 2018 to be professionally cleaned. After numerous non-answered, non-returned phone calls and messages made by my mother, I was finally able to reach her last week (late May 2019). She advised that the doll would be ready for pickup this week. When my mother went to pick her up, not only had the doll been damaged, but she was still forced to pay full price, and was not even given an apology- just an "it happens, I'm busy, yada yada yada" line of excuses. We can only assume that the 6 months of non contact was them hoping we would all forget about this family treasure. My mother is beyond devastated and I am SO angry that this has occurred. An explanation in a timely manner, a sincere apology or even a discount may have sufficed. This is extremely poor customer service and business practice. There is no excuse for this and I do plan on taking this matter further.

I took my poor 22 years old doll in bad condition to the doll hospital, and she got all fixed now, even changed a new wig makes her looks even cuter! Awesome and quick work, also great price! I'm very very appreciate to Cathie Lee Doll Hospital!
