Got gas here. Went in to use the restroom. A lady comes out, and briskly walks past me. The bathrooms are locked. Went to counter to get key, and the same lady, is an employee. I asked, "is the bathrooms locked?", she snaps back on me telling me they close at 9 and I cannot use it. It was 902. I mean, I get it, but, she didn't have to be so rude about it. I am a paying customer not just someone using it for refuge. I will not be returning to that one ever. Neither will friends or family.

We went to the station tonight to get gas and take our toddler to the bathroom. The guy at the register wouldn't tell my husband where the bathroom was and just pointed to one side of the store. He searched around and by the time we found it, my daughter wet herself. Now, we are in the freezing cold on vacation with a urine soaked child. When I called to complain, I got hung up on or the phone put down. Shame on whoever was working 12/29 at 8:15 PM.

The station in Theodosia is, in part, staffed by some very nasty, rude clerks. Better local places to spend my money. I had been a customer for over 16 years and put up with the rude treatment until recently when they started insulting me behind my back but in front of my visiting daughter. Upset her more than me at the time. The more I reflect on it, the more upset I get so I just will not do business with them anymore.

Went to use their air to fill my tires, it took my money and didn't work.... and the station claims that it isn't their air machine and there isnt anything they could do. I told them, maybe you can put a sign on it so your other customers aren't out.....

Joke. Half the gas pumps are broken, pig sty of a place. Have some pride. Empty the trash and perform some routine maintenance please.

Refusal to let use bathrooms after 11pm even though I’m a paying customer. Cashier refused to let me use bathroom and said he didn’t have to let me go and that he didn’t care
