We recently bought an Envision from Pinegar Branson and had a good experience. Dan Maes, our salesman, was very helpful and patient as we made our selection of which car best suited our needs. Hopefully Dan will be available the next time we go car shopping.

I needed my ac to be evacuated and charged after I installed my ac condenser, and since we've been having a rash of hot summer days I needed it done yesterday. Brian at the service desk squared me away and got my suv in a bay spot. Thanks, Brian! You rock!

Went in for standard service, oil, filter, and tire rotation. The tires are now out of balance and the tire pressure was not set correctly. Since I’m traveling I can’t return. Makes me wonder if any of the work was done correctly.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! - Walker Rook & Pinegar Chevrolet Branson are Fantastic!!! Walker was straightforward with what to expect and he answered y questions thoroughly. This was important because we traveled 4 hours to get to Branson for our purchase. Everything was just as Walker described and even better! The pricing and vehicle specs were exactly as represented. The dealership had a great system to finalize the purchase and they did add a bunch extra fees and such. My out-the-door price was exactly what Walker described over the phone. We couldn't have been happier with our purchase process. Thank you!!!

I purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. Dan Maes was the sales person and did a fine job. The traction went smooth and delivery was good.
I liked the truck I bought and paid more than I should've to purchase local. Not ideal but is what it is.
The Sales office was running behind due to lack of help causing the transaction to take about 1 1/2 hours longer then it should have.
Paperwork to be completed was 12 days, I remember getting it same day as purchase but no longer the case.
Sales office said 7 to 10 Days to get paperwork for licensing, if they were talking business days they hit goal.
Dan was great to work with and I got the truck I wanted. reason for the 5 star rating.
There are some areas of improvement that would help justify the added cost to do business here. Hope they find ways to improve in those areas.

Not enough hours in the day to tell you all the good things about Pinegar Chevrolet. I have been taking my car there for 10 years and have never been disappointed with any service I had done. The employees are very friendly and never fail to greet you and make you feel comfortable and welcome. Love this place.

My salesman was Doug Bagenstos. I haven't purchased a car in forever. Doug was NOT pushy but very patient. He was phenomenal and I walked away (after shopping extensively with other dealers) with a beautiful car. Thank you Doug for your patience and respectful attitude. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Doug was awesome at helping us find the SUV that met our needs and Darin was great at explaining all the financials and warranties! You won't find a better car lot to deal with than these guys!
Felicia was timely at making sure we received the title.
We came back with our son to buy another vehicle a week later. Shout out to Dan for getting the ball rolling and Doug/Darin for the rest!
