CLOSED BUT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IF YOU BOOK IN ADVANCE ONLINE. Zero stars! Booked and paid a month in advance. Arrived to fenced in, boarded up, swimming pool filled with cement, run down facility. There is no way the management company is unaware of this. You can refund our money, but what about the time, stress, and additional money spent to find last minute accommodations for our family?

Extremely Dissatisfied with OYO Hotel's Customer Service and Lack of Response
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with OYO Hotel that compelled me to share my feedback. Firstly, let me express my frustration that there was no hotel at the location specified by OYO Hotel. This blatant misinformation caused immense inconvenience and wasted valuable time.
To exacerbate matters, I attempted to seek assistance from OYO Hotel's customer support regarding this issue. However, to my dismay, there was absolutely no response from their support team. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through various channels, including phone calls, my concerns were completely ignored.
This lack of response is not only unprofessional but also reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. As a customer, I expected
timely and effective communication from OYO Hotel to address my concerns and rectify the situation. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
The absence of a hotel at the specified location, coupled with the non-existent customer support, severely impacted my travel plans and caused immense frustration. I had to scramble to find alternative accommodation, which resulted in additional expenses and a significant disruption to my itinerary.
I implore OYO Hotel to take immediate action to rectify this matter and improve their customer service. It is imperative that they address the issue of non-responsiveness and ensure that their support team promptly attends to customer queries and concerns.
I am deeply disappointed with OYO Hotel's customer service and the overall experience. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and accountability. As a customer, I expected better from a reputed hotel chain like OYO.

WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN the staff was NOT helpful the room wasnt fully clean there was screws sticking up from the floor . TV had no volume . other people staying was super loud. I mean come on we found a bra sticking out between the mattress and box spring from someone previous staying in that room .We would bring issues up to the staff and they pretty much said well i dont know what to tell you. Do NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE . O and we found bedbugs in our room . if i could give 0 stars i would WORSE STAY EVER. Only reason we got the room here was bc it was the only place on strip that had vacancy $210 down the drain.

I don’t usually leave a bad review but this place is unacceptable! We checked in about 7pm on a Friday evening and as we are unpacking our car, a man has a key to my room and walks in! A random stranger had been given the same room and key! Once that was settled, which was about an hour later. We went to use the bathroom and the toilet Sprays water everywhere. There were men with young girls hanging out in one of the parking lots. This place is awful.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY at OYO Hotel in Branson, MO. THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY and USING THE LOCATION in the middle of the strip and walking distance if outlet mall AND STATING SHORT STAFF AS THEIR REASON FOR THE BEST PLACE TO STAY!!! THERE IS NO EXCUSED FOR WHAT MY FAMILY EXPERIENCED! ? We had a two bedroom apartment, and IT WAS NOT THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF SERVICE!!! OYO Hotel, you should be ASHAME of yourselves!!! It was not clean. It was horribly dirty. They do not follow COVID protocol!!! My family felt unsafe. The curtains were old and dirty. Two air conditioners and both were falling apart. The smoke detector was not properly working. It beeped consistently. So, it was removed, instead of battery replaced. The toilet water kept running. The stopper was broken in the basin. The iron was totally damaged and leaking water. The ironing board... The refrigerator was dirty, handles were broken and did not close fully. I cannot guess when the carpet was cleaned... Oh, the key fob & door was not secure. Trash left outside the place and the one man you have to keep the facility clean was not experienced in house keeping. I spoke with him. I'm glad I travel with my Lysol wipes & spray. I had to wipe down everything to survive getting through the one night, and we were out!!! There were other families that did the same. I TOOK PICTURES AND REPORTING TO BRANSON & OFFICIALS!!! ? You do not have an upload for photos...Not happy and not going back to this place to stay. Again, shame on you OYO Hotel and Booking.com for partnering with this place as a place to stay....sad & dissappointing. Almost forgot to add, no breakfast provided and no deduction were given, nor are they partnered with any of the reastaurants nearby to suffice as advertised! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE USED TO LIVING IN UNCLEANED HOUSING!!!! ?

Blankets in the bed were all dirty with stains as well as the towels!!! When you walk in the room it smelled like dirty water. 2 of the 3 lamps didn’t even work. The chain lock for the door was broken off of the door trim. There was tape on bottom in the door holding it together. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again.

RIDICULOUS!! Came for my mothers 65 birthday and was so embarrassed for her to have to stay here after we checked in! Way less than what the pictures sho!! My bed Broke in the middle of the nigh, all the bedding was stained! NO HOT WATER for the 2 days we stayed! I would not recommend this! There’s way more places hat are so much nicer

BED BUGS BEWARE!! Please check your beds before staying in your room! We were in our room for less than 10 min and had to track down the owner to get our money back and find somewhere else to stay. When confronting the owner about the bugs all he said was "I can give you your money back, but that's all I can do". Mind you this was at 11:00 at night and we ended up having to drive an hour away to a different hotel due to all the surrounding hotels being booked. Would not recommend!!!

There was no breakfast but that's the least of my worries. On arrival you had to call to get help noone was attending the front desk. Once in the room the sheets where stained. The pillow covers looked gray not white. The mattress was old flat and ripped looked like it came from a crack house.I was itchy the whole time.There was damage to the property and dust everywhere. The carpet was filthy. Hair in the shower from previous rentals. Trashbins pre loaded with trash. And to top it off I asked for a remote and was ignored. So we watched ridiculousness for 3 days because the only button on the TV was the power button. I get the whole you get what u pay for but if that's the case them rooms should rent for 5 dollars a night. Then the saying would match.There's being "outdated" then there's being filthy. I've stated in affordable places that where 100 times cleaner. Zero stars !.

When we arrived, there was nobody in the front office to check us in. We had to call a number on the door and wait on someone to arrive. After checking in, we went to our room to find out they weren't finished cleaning it, which we were then told would only take about 10 more minutes, which actually ended up being around 30 minutes. The bathroom had cobwebs all over the ceiling, as well as stains. The bathtub was full of dirt and hair. The TV did not work at all. We also had to request an ash tray for the smoking room we were in, which took almost 20 minutes to get. During the stay, we could not sleep because of the immense amount of noise caused by people walking up and down the sidewalk at all hours of the night and morning while yelling and slamming doors. We will not be back even if we are back in Branson.
