My Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk had over 500 dents from hail. They had to replace one window. They stripped and repainted the roof. They replaced all of the window molding. They did a wonderful job.
The car looks brand new.
Fully detailed inside and out.
I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

A few months ago, I might have given a higher rating.
This company did body work on my car as the chosen shop for USAA insurance. However, they didn't do a front-end alignment after significant front-end damage (my car was pushed into another vehicle after being rear-ended).
They failed to inform me about not doing the alignment, claiming (now after having spoken to them) "insurance wouldn't cover it unless the tire was hit".
This negligence destroyed my new front tires, and now I have to pay for an alignment and two new tires. I've also complained to USAA. My tires were bald on the insides, risking another accident, especially since I often carry my five children. They didn't even ask if the insurance would cover it.
Their PR response over the phone was that I "could" talk to my insurance company. I did, but you are just as responsible, if not more so, because you are the mechanic. You knew what was right and chose not to do it, not even mentioning it as a possibility or need.
Included are before pictures of tires (rear that were purchased and installed the SAME TIME as my front tires) and the AFTER of my front tire to show the difference in how much tread was destroyed over a 4 month period after having had my car supposedly fixed by them.

I backed into another car and used Crash Champions for the repairs. The front desk and Josh were easy to work with and very informative. My repairs were done very quickly and earlier than scheduled.
