Very honest, dropped off vehicle to get new brakes, gotta a call an hour later letting me know the brakes are fine! That saved me 400 dollars. Highly recommend

Vacationing in Branson and the starter went out on the in-laws' truck. My husband ordered a new one but as we were in a campground with limited tools, he was hesitant to put in on himself. They took the truck in Monday morning and we picked it up later that afternoon! So thankful it didn't ruin our trip!

Was on a vacation during the holy week and called this shop to help me with a sudden alert on my dashboard. The owner and his wife entertained my call at around 9pm and allow me to bring my car early morning to diagnose it. After diagnosis, and evrything was check and remove the alert, he told me that go ahead and drive it and if alert comes back bring it back to him. He charged NOTHING for it. He was so helpful and explained evrything that is happening. A friendly guy and true professional indeed.

Great customer service! We called them as soon as we got to Branson and they were able to get us in immediately. They communicated with us through out the whole process, and got us taken care of with in the hour, and would recommend to anybody!

Andrew and Matt are the best! They fixed my car quicker than any shop I've ever taken my car to, and were communicative and honest with their work! I highly recommend ?? Thank you guys so much!!

I had my old dodge charger worked on by these guys and the charged me 1800 dollars to replace a head and replace my valves after they did that I had my car for a week if that and the rockers started knocking I showed the owner and he didn't offer any compensation or even offer to fix it I ended up selling my car for 500 dollars because of this

I brought in a vehicle with a reverberation issue, so Andy, the owner, said he would get to the bottom of what he thought the issues were. He didn’t take it for a test drive to see the specific issues I was having. He repaired some parts, and gave me my vehicle back after a few business days. The issue still remained when I drove off the lot, so I turned back around to the shop and was met with no help. He also followed up with an aggressive attitude towards me, as if I was at fault. Over $600 dollars later I have a broken car and no fix. I also have lots of nasty texts on my phone from the owner, Andy. He wouldn’t listen to me on the phone and attempts to use scare tactics. Check out this business’s responses to other poor ratings on google, that’ll tell you everything you need to know.Imagine your AC is down and a guy shows up, doesn’t fix it, and tells you to pay him (for more than just a diagnostics fee). Or going to a restaurant, paying for dinner, and then telling you they’re not serving you but they’re keeping your money. No other industry is this or should this be acceptable.

We cannot possibly rate AML automotive high enough to do them justice! We were on our last day of our anniversary vacation and visiting Branson just for the day while staying at an Airbnb an hour away. We had to check out of our Airbnb the next morning and return home to Tennessee. It was late in the day on a Saturday and our truck started smoking. There was no repair shops open until Monday. AML automotive was out only hope, Andrew and his wife came to our rescue in about 30 minutes. Turned out our heater hose was broke and difficult to find the hose for our make/ year of truck. Andrew called every auto part shop around until he finally found the hose at a shop 30 minutes away. Not only did he get our truck up and running within a few hours he gave us the use of his private vehicle just so we could still go enjoy our last evening in Branson while he was repairing our truck. His price was extremely fair, especially for being after hours on a weekend and we could not be more thankful for AML automotive!! Andrew and his wife were the most generous people you can imagine, just wish there were more people and businesses like them, because they are a rare find!

I can't express how great AML is. As someone who doesn't even want a car but is necessary to have in our country, I wouldn't want to deal with anyone except Andy and his shop. I've been to several shops in the area during my decade in this area and Andy and his team are by far the most up front, honest, hard working, kind people I've dealt with here. They're not trying to tag on a million other things that needs to be done.

They lied to me. I needed ball joints replaced owner told me they could do the required camber adjustment but couldn't. I went there and the mechanic told me the truth. I won't ever use them. I seen the mechanic I talked 2 in someone's car with grease all over him getting grease in their car.

If I could give AML Auto 10 stars, I would. We were in desperate need for someone to help us on a holiday. We had reached the end of our vacation and on the way out of town our truck began to have issues. Mr. Andrew was the only shop that could help us. Trust me. We called everyone. Not only was he generous with his time, he was fair with his pricing. His work was superb, fast and efficient. We just knew we'd have to find a room, but instead thanks to AML we were able to make it home that night. If you need any Auto assistance please don't hesitate to give Mr. Andrew a call. If we ever have issues in Branson again, we know who to call.

While we were celebrating our anniversary in Branson, our transmission began grinding on the steep roads. We stopped at a local auto parts store, where they quickly recommended AML. We went there and, after a brief inspection, we were told that our transmission was shot and needed to be replaced. It was the last day of our vacation and we needed to get back to Louisiana (hundreds of miles away). There were no local car rentals available. We were able to locate one in Springfield (roughly 45 minutes away), but we had no way to get there. Without hesitation, Andrew voluntered to drive us there. We were able to make our way back home until repairs could made. AML replaced our transmission and we were able to come back the following week to pick it up. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Andrew made an extremely stressful situation bearable. They are honest and do great work!

We were staying in Branson and needed a new alternator. AML was the only place open on Saturday. They got it done super fast and at a good price. Then we had a separate issue on the day we left and they got us in and fixed it. They even drove my husband to a local pizza place while it was getting fixed. Very blessed that AML worked quickly and didn't try to rip us off. Most places we called, couldn't get us in for days. I wouldDefinitely recommend!
