My wife and I were on a 17 day Route 66 across Missouri RV trip first half of September. We developed a significant water leak in a bathroom in our motorhome. We live several states away and weren't familiar with the area, other than staying at a nearby state park while passing thru. After trying trying to fix the toilet water line leak myself to no avail, we were referred to Bourbon RV by two individual campers staying at the state park that we met. Thankfully Bourbon RV was only 20 minutes away from the state park.
Due to being on a tight traveling schedule we didn't know what to expect when we walked in and met with Service Manager Josh Harmon. Our experiences with RV dealers/service centers has been mixed, but we were very pleasantly surprised with our experience here. Josh listened to our traveling situation and repair issue. Josh told us he would do everything he could to get us back on the road to save our schedule. Service Technicians Zack and Josh (different Josh) diagnosed an installation flaw from the factory and redesigned a better solution. After 2.5 hours we were back on the road and they were generous throughout the entire process from diagnosis to payment.
Can't say enough good things about Josh, Zach, Josh and Bourbon RV at a time when we were quite worried it would take up days of our tight schedule to obtain repairs, not to mention not being to use the bathroom. I wouldn't hesitate to have repairs done there again. I've never bought a camper from them, but if the sales department is anything like the service department I'm sure it would be a good experience as well.
Thank you again, Josh, Zack and Josh. You saved our trip and Missouri was great. Highly recommend Bourbon RV.

We had a very pleasurable experience with renting the camper we will definitely be renting in the future and more than likely every year it saved us so much time of not having to haul a camper or set up a tent we were able to spend more time with family. Thanks so much and w will be renting again.

Recently purchased our new travel trailer here. The sales experience was excellent! The walk through was very thorough and even though there was a slight miscommunication about the refrigerator in our unit Matthew did a fantastic job of taking care of the situation and following through with making everything right. Josh did an excellent job in ensuring our service/warranty work was finished well ahead of a scheduled camping adventure.
Sean did an great job on the punch list of work. All were complete and done extremely well.

Highly Highly recommend this place!!! So, ive been looking for an RV for couple years now. I finally went to a RV/Travel show, after i was ignored by 3 other dealers, I finally wondered into the Bourbon RV section and was looking at RV that caught my attention. After just maybe a minute of me look, a sales person came to me and actually talked to me. LOL all the others wouldn't, I even asked questions and the answer would be short and salesman would walk away from. SMH I don't if i looked broke or just because i'm a woman idk. But i'm sooo thankful I found Burboun RV and soooo thankful I purchased my first RV from them. Everyone there was sooo nice and helpful, this was my first time buying such an item. I will always take my RV business to them from now on. They have earned my trust 10000%%%
