Girl was rude over the phone, very little detail was given in regards to knowledge about the service provided & the appointment that was made for a service vehicle to come out for a quote, which I've never heard of in my life was never fulfilled. Easy 1 star.

Ive had bps internet for 8 years. Has always been the same. Connection is always spotty. Call tech support and they always try to blame your router. I’ve replaced the router multiple times. Also have had to pay for new antenna a couple times. Lately it’s like clock work, Every night around 9pm it goes off for about an hour. Called tech support and he logged in and could see it was offline and magically while on the phone it reconnected. 30 minutes later, off again. I understand things tear up and everything can’t be prevented. But this has been the same kind of service for years. Not happy with this internet. Can’t wait for fiber to the home.

Oh my gosh! I was so glad to hear that we have wireless internet available where we live just outside of Bernie, MO. Don't believe those poor ratings people put on here about BPS networks. It all depends on where you live in relation to their towers, and of course if you have obstructions that prevents a good signal. The lady who answers their phones is a sweetheart and the technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. Trust them to know what they are doing. If they tell you it just won't pull a good signal where you are, trust them and go with other options if you have to. But I'm happy to have them!

Had to wait over a month to get a site test done,they were supposed to call and let me know when they came out and didn’t,I can’t get service where we live because of trees is what the note said but I have no trees to the side where the tower should be.

Just had my first outage. And seeing how we are the only experiencing an issue they will not send anyone it until 5 days from now. That’s almost a week. But if other people happen to call in y area with issues they will send someone right out. That’s not right. Any other internet company I’ve had has always been able to reset or fix the problem over the phone unless it was a tower issue. Can not wait for the fiber optic to be finished so I can have better providers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
