I was very bothered today when I saw a cashier and her manager ganging up on an Asian lady, accusing her of stealing. She had probably 10 items inside of her cart, including a smaller box with a couple more items inside the box. Understandably, the cashier was suspicious of her trying to steal the items that were kept in the box. The customer tried explaining that she had put the small items in the box because they would have fallen out if she had put them in the cart (one item was chapstick). The cashier became really pushy with her for no apparent reason, saying the phrases "this is your first warning" and "if you don't comply, I'm going to get my manager". Clearly, from my perspective, this lady was not trying to steal anything! I felt sick in my gut when the manager came and the ensuing dialogue showed no willingness to listen to the other side. The customer was literally wiping away tears as she was paying for her items. I regret not going up and giving the lady a hug after having essentially been emotionally abused by these two (perhaps racist?) strangers. I know in Asian cultures honor and shame is a much bigger deal than here in the US, so I'm sure she felt completely shamed and defaced with their persistent, uncaring accusations. I know we all have bad days, and I don't expect every cashier to be nice and friendly, but this cashier and this manager seem to prey on people for no apparent reason, even through customer tears!

I have been to this store many times in last couple years with my children, Usually a good experience. Today though it was more like harassment. After entering first aisle an employee came up to say my 2 kids could not dig. We complied, and continued on to another aisle. As i was looking i could tell that employee was standing behind us just watching. She then approached saying the children cant run up and down the aisle. The children were walking along the bins between me and their grandmother, the only 2 in the aisle. I then put items back in bin and left the store. Maybe the employees need to work instead of harassing customers

Not at all like the pictures portray. Seems like maybe it has run its course in this location. Seemed dirty and not well kept. Broken doors and misleading signs. Wanted to pop in to see if it was worth returning to and seems they closed ten minutes early for some reason. Doubt I’ll return to this location.

I no longer go in the bins. Not worth the time and effort. If you want the good stuff, you have to go on Saturday and pay $11. So you're not really getting a good deal after wasting so much time digging through the bins. Not worth the time or effort.
As for the store side, it's okay. I just stop by before going to the store to see if there's a big difference in prices. If not, I'll just go to the store because you get a return window, where you can get your money back.

Fill a bag, but not really. we have always filled them to the top and now that we try today, we get attitude and being told we couldn’t. This place has some of the rudest workers I’ve ever met.

They tried to tell me I couldn't bring my diaper bag inside. And my diaper bag is full because I have 4 kids so I wouldn't be able to put anything in it!! They provided a locked bag which i mean my bag barely fit in there. A diaper bag is considered a medical device just like a diabetic needs their insulin bag, babies need access to diapers and milk. And then the prices were so high I couldn't believe it. Might as well buy new!!! Not coming back?

1st time shopper. From Sabetha,Ks. helping out daughter that lives in Greenwood, Mo., after a surgery. Will try to catch the store in K.C.,Ks. in the future since it'll be a LOT closer to home.

One side of the store seems like the bins are randomly filled so you're able to pick through them. The other side is more organized and has a rotating stock of many types of items. There is a very handy app so you can scan the item(s) to see the price before buying.

they said I couldn't have my coffee in there so I decided not to dig through their trash bins. this place needs to leave raymore
