I took my wife's wedding set in for inspection and replating. The rings were purchased elsewhere many years ago. We appreciated their "in-house' lab. We worked with Todd and Jonathan. They were very professional and kind. Work was completed before promised and we are very pleased with quality. While this was our first visit, it won't be our last. Thank you very much.

I brought in a necklace, that was very special to me, that had broken. I wasn’t sure it could be fixed, but was told they would be able to. It was ready in a couple days and looks perfect. I’m so happy!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jonathan Willis. I walked into this experience with very little knowledge of precious stones, engagement ring styles, and even how to make a proposal feel special and meaningful. Jonathan and the Diamond Family made the process of purchasing a ring feel comfortable and easy, and even tailoring to my needs regarding what I needed in an engagement ring. I would go back for other jewelry purchases, and also recommend their services to friends and family. These guys are real professionals.
