Just made a special trip down there at 1145 and all I had was 5 winter coats on hangers and in one bag. There were 3 workers standing there and I was told to come back in 15 min. I said "all I have is 1 bag of coats. She said " come back at noon " so I left and dropped the coats off at Goodwill which is right across the street. Not a very charitable place at all.

Donation Hours and days open are wrong on the web. Would not take items 10 minutes before they open with 2 employees standing around. Two trips to donate and could not donate. I will find a charity that appreciates my donations.

The lady that works there with the hijab is rude. Her tone is condescending. She is at WORK, where she is PAID to do a job. She rings up the items and throws them at you. I won’t be returning.

This used to be a really nice SVdP but the past few times we’ve gone it’s been a huge disappointment. There is no inventory and the prices are way too high. I can get brand new clothes at Walmart for less. I don’t know what’s happened. I’ve heard they have sold out local clientele for online business. It seems they have lost their community focus. Try the Creve Couer location. It’s much smaller but they are constantly getting in new things and the prices are in line for a resale store.

Extremely rude and ignorant employees. You're much better off going to goodwill down the road. They will actively turn away donations if you arrive two minutes before donation time. Workers are condescending, ignorant and extremely rude.

It's almost like this place doesn't want to make money. They have raised their prices so high. I'd rather just shop on eBay. It is very difficult to ever drop off donations. Either, they are not open the hours they say they are or they say they've had too many donations for the day and refuse the items. Now I just take my things to a for-profit place that is grateful for my donations.

Unlike savers and Goodwill, this is a true non-profit charity. The deals are spectacular, and the selection is ever-changing.

Fair place to get used furniture, household stuff, home decor items, kids toys etc. at a fairly reasonable prices. This place us good for home decor items mainly. If you need fashion exchange on clothes, this isn't the place.
