If you've ever gotten quotes for windshield replacement, you know they're all over the place, with the "big box" chains coming in high and charging questionable fees. O'Toole is a great local option and they make working with the insurance company very easy. Highly recommend!”
“Work was completed in Feb 2019. The replaced panel started to show rust and misalignment with the door and trunk. Met with the GM Tony in mid January 2024 and was told this is covered by the warranty and I will be called when the parts are in. By mid February I started calling and leaving messages with no response. Finally got through Tony and was told the same, they need couple of weeks to order the parts. Over a month later I am again not able to find out what is going on. Calls and emails are not returned. Terrible customer service, I feel like the idea is to make me forfeit my warranty by ignoring me.
Update: Tony called me and an appointment was scheduled. The issue was addressed to my satisfaction.”

“My insurance company supplied the names of three auto body locations. I am so happy I chose Schaefer in Fenton, MO. The workmanship on my 2007 Ford Escape was flawless, and when I picked my car up, I was shocked that there were absolutely no signs of damage. Bailey (my contact) was very helpful, kept me aware of the progress in a timely manner, and was quick to return my calls. To top it off, the car was totally detailed and every inch of the car (exterior and interior) was immaculate.

For those of you who need a replacement window with calibration, please pay attention to the instructions. show up 15 mins before your appt. and have at least 3/4 of a tank of fuel and your tires properly inflated. don’t be like me and show up prepared!”
