“Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”

“The tow truck driver was quick to arrive and got me hooked up in a decent amount of time. He even triple checked everything to make sure nothing was going to accidentally get left behind. Though I’m not entirely sure why he disconnected the drive shaft because the brakes worked fine. All he would have had to do was release them. But I’m not a tow truck driver so I don’t know. I just know that the service was great.”

The workmanship on my 2007 Ford Escape was flawless, and when I picked my car up, I was shocked that there were absolutely no signs of damage. Bailey (my contact) was very helpful, kept me aware of the progress in a timely manner, and was quick to return my calls. To top it off, the car was totally detailed and every inch of the car (exterior and interior) was immaculate.

Other towing companies came out, looked at it, and told me either they couldn’t do it or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg! Daniel and Skip from Hartmann Towing took care of me in no time. What I really loved about the experience was the knowledge level and resourcefulness of the employees. Daniel looked at my car and knew the equipment he had would not get the job done. He didn’t try to take my money. Instead, he sent his co-worker, Skip. Skip was “surgical” in his craft as he rescued my vehicle. I stood in awe as I watched him work. “I took a used Mini Cooper S from a different (pretty sketchy) car lot to get a pre purchase inspection, and the inspection revealed a huge list of issues with the car, to nobody’s surprise! Jack specifically helped me and advised me not to buy the car. He let me know the shop was selling a low mileage Mini Cooper S, and everyone was super accommodating, answering my many questions, and letting me test drive and thoroughly inspect the car. Lisa was incredibly kind and worked with me to get me a good deal! In addition, they did one repair i requested before purchasing, as well as a safety and emissions inspection. The car also came with a warranty which gave me peace of mind when purchasing. Overall a very friendly and accommodating experience, and I would definitely call this shop trustworthy!”
