It was the most unpleasant car buying experience ever nothing was explained it was just here sign this i tried to ask questions and they explained nothing and then I get message talking about your car note is due and I never got one piece of paper about the financing my wife had to call them to get the info because they never gave it to us my personal opinion just light your money on fire it will save u time they say cannons the best yeah the best con artist

they absolutely will not be getting my business whatsoever. I sent my husband to go look at some possibly suvs i’ve found online that I was interested in trading my current suv in for. awful sales management. my husband said the vibe from the get go was awful and he could tell he was trying to screw him over. they will not keep business if they kept trying to screw people over. 100% recommend carl hogan dodge jeep ram in columbus. worth the drive. smart and professional management that won’t just try to stick you in something to make a sale.

I drove from Memphis to West Point to trade my first Yukon and purchase a Yukon XL, and it was worth every mile. I have never worked with a more kind, hardworking, diligent, friendly, more customer-oriented dealership than this. From starting with the initial call with the GM, Will, to working through the process with our outstanding salesperson Jennifer, and finally finishing the sale with RJ in the finance department, this process couldn’t have been more stress free and pleasant. I don’t think we will ever purchase a vehicle from anyone else but Cannon ever again. If you choose elsewhere, you’re definitely missing out. Thank you so much Cannon for our exceptional experience!

My experience was horrible. I wouldn’t dare bring my car back there for anything! Mis diagnosed my car to try and get way more money out of me, for things that were not wrong with it! Took it somewhere else and got it fixed the same day for 1/4 of the price that Cannon quoted. Don’t go to Cannon in West Point for anything! They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of their customers.
