Within an hour, they had me set up in the most supportive and comfortable shoes I have ever had. I immediately went for a two mile walk and enjoyed every step. Well worth the trip to give these folks a chance to help you. Very pleasant and professional!”

He contacted me through a Facebook group that we were both in, sent me pics of inventory that fit the criteria and price range of what I wanted and got the boots shipped out same day. “Shopped there on Saturday, January 20th. Customer service was EXCELLENT. I wish I knew the young ladies' names who were at the register. They were extremely nice and very helpful. This was around 1:30 that afternoon. One of them helped me save $12 with Charlotte Russe online coupons on an app she told me about that I didn't know anything about. The other employee on the floor was very nice and very helpful too! I will definitely go back and recommend to many friends to go there. Keep up the great work! I don't know why these other reviews are complaining. Everything was sized correctly and in the right racks. My daughter and I were appropriately greeted. U can't please everyone. The "Customer is always right" concept doesn't mean the customers give employees a hard time bc they think they looked at them the wrong way. People should look up the meaning of that. Thanks!”
