Worth the drive fromMemphis. Warehouse is well laid out and you can see all the inventory they have available since it’s not buried under other stuff or stacked on top of each other. Delivery to Memphis was efficient and arrived when they said they would. Good service and attentive staff, would recommend!

My experience with Ofc Furniture Warehouse is a little different in that I have never been to the store or even purchased furniture there. However, when I was unable to find replacement parts for a broken hinge on a desk I purchased at a furniture store that is now closed, they graciously came to my rescue. They went above and beyond in getting the parts for me and then mailing them to me, as I live in another city close to 100 miles away. You just don't find business hospitality and generosity like that these days! Thank you Ofc Furniture Warehouse, and a special nod to Cheryl, who was my point of contact.

From the initial online inquiry to the delivery - Office Furniture Warehouse has been an absolute pleasure to do business with. Michelle with OFW went above and beyond. She reached out to me immediately and was immensely patient as she took the time to listen and explained the many differences in style and sizes. OFW's Delivery Crew were all so very courteous and attentive to our space.I recommend OFW to anyone who is in search of any office furniture because they have a massive selection from new to used, and the highlight for us was that they delivered from out of state. Heather provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process from figuring out the right desk for each space to checking in after delivery to make sure we were satisfied with the products. Very good pricing and quick delivery and setup. I would highly recommend for any and all of your office furniture needs. Desks are great quality.

We had a great experience working with Michelle and Office Furniture Warehouse in getting new exam room chairs. They were super quick to respond to requests. Michelle personally brought samples of chairs to the office for us to view. The guys that delivered our new chairs were super nice and helpful not only in getting the new chairs placed but also removing our old chairs. We have already placed a second order for waiting room chairs. I would highly recommend this company if you have any office furniture needs.
